Great service! I had booked the journey long in advance. I did not need to do anything except turn up. A few days before the planned journey I received a whatsapp message from the driver and included a meeting point as our stay in the Medina in Marrakech could not be reached by car. He was there on time, waited as our son ran to pick up something he had forgotten at the hotel. He drove safely and helped with the luggage. Thank you!

The service was excellent, no issues whatsoever. Communication was easy and helpful, everything went smoothly. He waited until we landed, as our flight was delayed.

Everything was great! The communication with El fakir was great and so was the ride. Would definitely recommend.

The pickup from our hotel was very easy. The driver was on time, very polite, helped us with our luggage and got us to the airport quickly. The vehicle was clean and well looked after with air conditioning. A 5 star experience, thank you!

The ride was nice and the communication with the driver before the ride was very good.

The service was so smooth and hassle free. They contacted me by WhatsApp the day before my trip to Marrakech, confirmed my flight number and he waited outside of the airport even though my flight was delayed 45 minutes and airport security took more unnecessary extra time. The car was clean and nice and he dropped me near my riads. Thanks.
