Ordered a run on 10/12/25 I was really busy chased up my rug 20/12 and they told me they have sold out! No email or contact from them informing me of this so the rug I wanted for Christmas is not coming !

Sadly there is no zero.

For 4 times now this company has instructed a courier to attend my house. First was fine. Second was to deliver something id not ordered but my son wouldn't know that so then it had to be collected. Third was when we werent home but leaving a card saying they were arriving but not disclosing who the
supplier was. So we took a day off as we thought it was another genuine delivery (as in middle of a renovation). Again it was another false delivery. Lost a days holiday. No response to my complaint or reassurance that it will stop. So I'll be making a formal.subject access request and claiming my losses . Ridiculous service.

I ordered antique brass 1 for a start just to see before ordered more , but very happy with the quilty and the look could not fault them and you pay for what you get 🙂

Thought twice about ordering due to the reviews here but decided to go ahead. Everything went smoothly. My delivery turned up within 4 working days, all correct and present. And the products really are lovely quality. Just fitted one of the Posh brass thresholds, which is properly substantial metal and is a world away from the ones sold at my local chain DIY store. Looks so put together!

Unfortunately will not be purchasing from this company again. Whilst the quality of the brass door threshold received is very good, I only received one half of my order. The second threshold I ordered and paid good money for (over £35!) was never delivered. After 3 chase emails to the service line, I was told a replacement product had been shipped with next day delivery. This was clearly a lie as the item still never arrived. It has now been months and numerous emails sent chasing up - no product, and no refund. Very disappointed with the service.

This company do not have any returns labels. When I told them the items were incorrect they informed me it is nigh on impossible for them to make a mistake. I paid £14 with DPD to return said items door to door. They state the box had no items in it. You don’t return products to carpet runners as they are an intermediary and us a company called stair rods. They would not share the surname of their complaints officer or CEO for me to complain to just said their names are Kate and Nick. Can’t find them on Companies House! You have been warned! I am £102 out of pocket and fuming!

I recently purchased some pipe collars from Carpet Runners. I was pleased with the prompt delivery and the quality of the products. They have a sophisticated look and feel. Unfortunately, the colour did not match my bathroom décor as I had expected, so I needed to return them. The communication regarding the return process was a bit slow, which is understandable for a small-scale company. Despite the delay, the return was eventually processed successfully. The staff I interacted with was helpful and courteous.

I was missing 2 items but still charged for them. I called multiple times and left voice mails as well as multiple emails which they couldn't be arsed to respond to. Terribe customer service. Do not waist your money with this company.

What a great & useful product!
After a little bit of frustration getting the samples I ordered for the 'easy-bind' and helpful response by Nick. The full order was complete and dispatched extremally promptly.
It will defiantly add some life to the rug which needs some attention. Many thanks

Have ordered from them twice. Have been contacted by the company twice to tell me the items I've ordered are out of stock, despite payment being taken. Long wait times for items to even be put into production. Politely asked for a discount, given that this is the second time this has happened, to be told 'unfortunately we can't give you discount on this occassion'.
Poor service and a misleading website.

Fay was extremely helpful in quickly resolving an issue which had occurred which was not within their control.

Irrelevant of whether K Jones ordered the incorrect item, I fail to understand your point quite honestly. Even if that was the case, it would have been a mistake and not any intention of malice or trying to get something else out of your company. All that was asked for was a straight exchange at the expense of the customer to return the goods and have the correct colour delivered. The fact that your company couldn’t accommodate that shines a light on the poor customer service you have, as well as the poor relationship you must have with your own suppliers! Why am I not surprised!

Placed an order for replacement door thresholds. Excellent website detailing product specifics. Customer Service team were responsive and helpful to email requests to ascertain status of order and items were delivered as promised within the the agreed timeframe outlined when items were ordered. Items are of high quality. Only minor issue is the that firm seems limited by not having a system that keeps the customer informed via email re updates of the status of when an order has been dispatched and the ability to track via courier. Items came very well packed. I expect to be a return customer.

The lovely people at carpetrunners.co.uk went above and beyond to expedite a delivery so that I could have the items I needed in time for my fitter arriving, truly exceptional service, quality products, and would highly recommend to all!

Excellent customer service. Send 2 samples of door thresholds. Purchased 3 antique brass thresholds at 55mm wide. Excellent product arrived very quickly. Customer service kept me informed when product had been dispatched. Would certainly recommend this company and quality product.
