The customer service officer Tom was excellent. However the delivery was a nightmare. It was said to be delivery on Friday but finally no one showed up. I called the delivery company at night saying that no such consignment number and I was scammed.
Tom doesn’t work at weekend so I called the delivery company next day and they said they could only arrange the delivery 4 days later. 4 days later I waited for the delivery and no one showed up.
Finally I contacted Carpet and Flooring and they sort it out.

Everything is fine except the delivery.

Excellent customer service and communication. Flooring was dispatched on the expected date and the carrier notified every step of the journey until it arrived - exactly on time. There is no damage to the packaging and hopefully the contents will be perfect too. Many thanks Carpet and Flooring Online.

Excellent shopping experience with Carpet and Flooring Online. The price they offered was much lower than local stores and even lower than other online shops. I ordered Amtico Spacia with them and received the items exactly when I needed them. The important thing, if you buy Amtico from Carpet and Flooring Online, you will get a valid guarantee from Amtico which is not the case for many other online shops.

Great service - very friendly advice and the product arrived when needed - Amtico flooring. Thank you.

Competitive price, but failure to take full particulars of order only became apparent when I had to enquire why (re-scheduled) delivery date had not been met.

Great company best prices will definitely be recommending to other people I know in the construction industry .Delivery was on exact date given to me which doesn't happen very often in this day and age.
Will use again 100% in future

Goods delivered, no issues

Brilliant service
and a Great Product
Thank you

Awesome service from purchase through to organising delivery

Thought I’d had a kitchen floor on order for 6 months turned out kitchen company hadn’t ordered it, by the time the order went in the floor was discontinued.

Couldn’t find the floor (to match the new kitchen) anywhere Carpet and Flooring Online managed to source to and have it delivered in a week.

Knowledgable, quick and friendly call answerer. Good email communication once order placed and delivery expected. Would use again.

Superb service
Easy to place the order. Excellent customer care. Delivery on time. Thanks to Tom who has that personal touch.

Excellent advice, really easy to deal with and great communication. Thank you!

Helpful and friendly and competitive on price. Checked stock before order placed and was kept Informed of delivery status. Product arrived as kerbside delivery on a non returnable pallet but was advised of this in advance.

Very helpful on the phone and delivered within the time we were advised.
