Carnovate Arvostelua 

I was selling my bike on auto trader and contacted by somebody who initially seemed genuine but insisted I have a Carnovate report for his Mechanic. Half the information on the report was incorrect and did not relate to my bike.. However, he still made an appointment to come and view the bike. Obviously, he didn’t turn up and stated that his wife had been in an accident and was in hospital.
I do not believe he was genuine.
I did, however receive a full refund from Carnovate and their customer services were helpful in arranging the refund.

The report provided all the important information I needed before purchasing a vehicle. There was a slight delay in delivery, but the customer support team kept me informed throughout the process and responded quickly to my questions. Their professionalism and willingness to help made the experience much better. Overall, a reliable service that I would use again.

someone emailed Via Auto Trader where my bike was for sale and told me how good it was. They asked if we could talk on WhatsApp. After a long conversation they asked if i get a premium history check from Carnovate. After purchasing the person said he was coming that night and never showed. the person disappeared forever. Carnovate insisted it was my problem not theirs

Sam old Carnovate scam while selling on Autotrader. The interested buyer insisted i get a premium £57.99 Carnovate history check. the interested buyer asked me loads and loads of questions about the log book, accidents etc. After receiving the report it showed exactly what i had told the interested buyer and all the stuff about MOT etc is freely available on the DVLA website. Apart from the MOT i have never had my vehicle examined but carnovate state that " A Comprehensive inspection reveals no sign of significant structual damage" etc etc etc. This company should be investigated further by tradings standards and the Police. I am not the only person to have been scammed

MASSIVE SCAM - if you list your car for sale, be careful, long conversations just to get you to buy a car report and nothing come from it.

Overall, I had a very good experience with Carnovate. The report was comprehensive and provided the information I needed before purchasing a vehicle. There was a slight delay in receiving it, which is why I'm giving four stars instead of five, but the customer support team was excellent throughout. They responded promptly, kept me informed, and ensured everything was resolved professionally. Their communication and willingness to help made a real difference. when selling your veichel someone will contact you as a buyer and will try to convince you to use these service from this specific website . once done the buyer will try to convince you to get a premimum check .once you do it the buyer they will dissappear . i have checked online and read lots of reviews and same stories .
lots of people got scammed like this and bank wont do nothing about it becuase you got what you paid for .

Scam. Long-winded messaging back and forth - insists to do it off-platform from autotrader, then desperately trying to get you to run this report, which is clearly just a bank-details gathering scam. Reporting to the police.
