Site trompeur et frauduleux
Commande passée le 22/02 et aucun colis reçu à ce jour.
Malgré plusieurs tentatives de contact via leur site, aucune réponse du service client et aucun remboursement.
Un numéro de suivi m’a été fourni mais il est totalement intraçable (“numéro non trouvé”), ce qui laisse penser qu’aucun envoi n’a jamais été effectué.
Le site affiche désormais fermé / en attente de réouverture, ce qui empêche tout contact.
Site frauduleux à fuir absolument.
Je déconseille fortement de commander.

El pasado dia 19 de febrero realice un compra, a través de su pagina web, de unas zapatillas Asics gel Kayano 31 y aún no las he recibido.
Segun el trazado de la empresa de mensajería, el repartidor comenta que no logró encontrar la dirección de entrega y que el pedido será devuelto al origen.
Les agradecería que me indicasen en que situacion se encuentra el pedido con número CM2583.
