Looking for new irons and wedges and found never used sim2 irons that were very affordable the fast, free shipping was a plus. The wedges were at an extremely affordable price. I will be ordering from here again.

I was shopping for white ladies golf shoes and “you may also like” shoes that came up were men’s, but I didn’t know it. I ended up ordering a pair of FootJoy men’s shoes in the ladies size I wear by mistake. Imagine my disappointment when I opened the package and the shoebox label said “men’s”. (The listing on the website does not say men’s.). The shipping, packaging, and ease of purchase were good though.

Have ordered many times from Carls, get experience every time.

I received the wrong putter than what I ordered. Now I have to send it back and wait for the right one. Very disappointed.

Please take a look in your records for a lengthy and detailed review and summary I sent you folks a year or two ago. As in this case, I was very pleased with the people I had to bother for help and the ease of finding and describing the items I wanted to purchase. I tried to be lazy by referring to a prior purchase and much interaction with Carl's routinely TOP NOTCH staff! Every single Carl's person I have dealt with on the telephone has been more than courteous and taken the extra time to walk somewhere and verify for me that a particular product (that I wanted) had a distinctive feature which assured me I was going to get what I wanted. It worked! Carl's prices seem always fair BUT, if you are patient and do not need a particular shoe or club within 7 - 10 days, a brief wait can pay off big time! While I was speaking with a member of Carl's staff (he called me to make sure a Foot Joy model that another staff member had found after a lengthy and arduous search) was exactly what I
wanted to buy. While I was answering the Carl's rep question, a Carl's text came into view showing the EXACT SAME Foot Joy model I had just bought at Carl's. The text (ad) showed my new shoe, but the sales price was $10 lower than what I paid (still a very good deal!) I jokingly poked the Carl's rep about their "robbery" and immediately advised I was "just kidding." A later check of my VISA bill for the time I made the buy actually demonstrated that the FINAL sales price had been lowered by $10 by Carl's. That is the whole truth and nothing but the truth! I still have those exact Foot Joy shoes and I wear them at least 80% or 90% out of the 4 pair of golf shoes I can choose from. I can and will always pick Carl's, even when I am too miserly to pay any $ for shipment. I live in Calif. so that means I wait 2 or 3 extra days (at least!) before I get my goodies from Carl's! Dealing with this retailer is always worth it, even if I have to wait a day or three more that I want to!

Even sent an email to your website early East Coast time this morning 8/25 and still haven't received any reply back at 3:00 p.m. eastern time...

The Comfort Guarantee saved my feet! I wasn’t aware of it and called customer service about a return a bit after the fact. Thought I could break these shoes in but they weren’t having it. I was bummed I’d have a pair of worthless shoes. However, the agent told me about the comfort guarantee. Was able to return my shoes without any issue and got a gift card credit!
