I rated them 4 because along with good signals so far they explain to me the difference between gambling & trading. I saw some of their reviews and I found that every retail trader wanna see some magic overnight after joining any consultancy but out there in the market no financial institute is providing more than 10% annually. So if you entered into trading you're aware of the risk and if you don't follow the risk management you will end up losing like 90% of traders. Carlos and company helped me understand all these facts and this changed my perception of trading.
I would also like to add that I got 43 signals in a tenure of 2 months out of which 23 signals are profitable and a few signals closed at break-even and I kept my lot size similar from 1st trade to last one and I'm in profit not exactly what they committed but quite near to that.
If I would have traded it by myself I would have ended losing my account and at that time I can't blame anyone.
Please do ask them to arrange a call or a live session with an assigned researcher it will help you to understand things more professionally.

I've given my review on 18th October and today is 31st October after all these 13 days I kept trying to reach out their support through email, whatsapp support and in touch with Ethan who is one of the management guy as per Brian Phillip but they are still not giving back my money. I've given them 3 options:

1) Return my subscription fee of 2200
2) Give me the profit of my 2 months which was committed 30 - 40% of equity. My equity was 3000 and consider 30% profit which becomes 1800 for 2 months
3) Give me my lost equity of 1600 along with the committed profit of 2 months which is 1800 bare minimum, so in total 3400.

Ethan was saying I'm still left with my tenure and I'll have all my equity and profits back by the end of tenure. Let's for an instance I buy this thing but first they need to settle down with 3rd option but they are not listening. I've already lost 55-60% of my equity in 2 months and they want to me to trade with them for the rest of tenure so that I'll lose all my remaining equity. Their only purpose is to loot people, they are absolute frauds and have no idea about trading. Please Please Please stay away from them.

The positive reviews are all fake please listen to all the bad reviews because they are true these guys have nooo idea what there doing I was very nervous to try it out but like an idiot I still did it and I regret it first of all they harass you all day long once you reach out to them esp mr Brian the guys a tool has no idea how to trade first gives a signal than keeps harassing you to place the trades keeps asking if you did it and then guess what? He goes and removes the stop loss more than one time he did that every day with me lost me 2000 in one weeks keeps saying don’t worry will make it back please for god sake don’t join this company there is MUCH more better company cheaper also to join this guys are a scam and a rip off if you don’t believe me I dare you to try out yourself than comeback and read my review tell me I was not right. :) stay safe from scammers everyone these Indians don’t no how to trade 📉

I have been a Carlos & Company customer since July 2021, I bought the Advance package for 999 USD and its signals are generally correct. After July 20, the agent Ciya began to pressure me every day to go up to the Premium segment, for that she charged me an additional 1,500 USD, always with psychological pressure, saying: "if you want to earn more, you must go up the segment", finally I fell and paid 1000 USD. From there, nothing was different, I kept getting the same number of signals every day, between 1 or 2, nothing changed. After August 20, 2021, again, the agent started offering the VIP segment, telling me that in that segment I can earn more money, and every day, without fail, write again and again for me to pay 4,000 USD to enter the VIP. segment, she's crazy. Although most of the signals from it are correct (not all) they do not have a greater number of signals for one segment or another, it is just a cheap strategy to get more money from customers. What are they doing? They don't send you signals, do you want to receive more? Pay more. Despite having already paid $ 2,000.

When they send an incorrect signal and you are losing your money, you write by whatsapp and they do not answer you, they only say "Relax", once the loss is confirmed, they only say "quiet sir, we will recover your loss", there is bad customer service, They are only interested in you paying more for the same service.

Do not use Carlos and Company. Use them only if you want to loose your money. Never use their service account management. They are working without any Stop Loss. So any big market move will drawdown your whole depot and your money will be completely lost. Also the promised hit rate for 75 - 80 percent profit according their provided signals are nonsense. Never reached in 6 months. Do not trust anything what they are saying. I am working with employees Mrs. Zoey, Mrs. Aisha, Mr. Nick, Mr. Austin - or whatever are their real names. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Please don't invest they just show demo account trade not is real. Pls avide this company.....

This is a company with the sole purpose of withdrawing money from customers promising fabulous profits, but after all it is just a bunch of thieves.
They promised to manage the account with profits of at least 60% per month.
They charged $ 2,499, and within a week the 5k account burst.
Conclusion I lost 5k + 2.5k in just one week, and they took no responsibility.
Do not pay anything to this company. They have a beautiful website, they say they are better than everyone else, but after all, it's all a lie.
Be careful not to enter this scheme.

Good signal but very bad customer service attitude. There's a WhatsApp group chat link on their Instagram account called (Miley.lim). so I just join their group chat to find out more. once I enter the group chat, their admin(Henry Luis) texted me and ask for some info, then he arrange Shawn as my relationship manager. So Shawn texted me and give me a signal that their Instagram also posting the same signal. I just give it a try, and got $100 profit at that night.
The next day Shawn text me again and claim that the signal he gave me had made me $100profit, so asked me to paid for their service.
their service is $599 for 3months, $1499 for a year. of course that's too much for me, so I just reject him and said I couldn't afford that.
so Shawn replied me with :" Are you saying u made $100 a day but cannot pay $600 for 3months?Am I getting it right?"
eh hello~ I making $100 today doesn't means I will get $100 everyday right, this is forex, there is a risk. who know will I lose money tomorrow?
so I said :" ya, I could make $100 from a free Instagram post, why do I need to spent $599 for it?"
then he immediately say he will block me on Instagram. so I had to pay for their service.

Their signal is good, so I try to google about them and ask my friends around, and realised ya their attitude is very very bad.
they keep forcing my friend to pay more money even she had sign up for their 3months package at $599.
the next day they say actually they providing premium service, so my friend should pay for premium price which is $1999.
but she refuse to pay more because she dont have much profit yet, then they just start to insult my friend and give her very bad attitude, worst is they start give her the signal that they post on Instagram as well. no more extra signal or trades. that's mean she pay $599 for nothing.

Give it a try if you dont mind to pay them $1999.
Dont try to deal with Indian, their argue skill is best in the world.

I just started with Carlos and company and I am looking forward to getting my losses cleared but I wanted to say that the customer service that I received from Mr Brian is excellent. He is always there to help me and get back to my emails right away.

When I subscribed to their service they said they will provide 6-8 signals per day in their advance package. But I got only 3-4 signals per day. The signals were good but they should keep their promise. Overall the experience is good for last 3 months.

Its such a privillage and honor for your signals.....i was assisted by Ms. Ashley and i am happy to say you are perfect help so much 63 +usd tp hit in just about an hour

I use the package for 3 months mainly is gold. They have a good technical analysis.
Anyway sometime the effect from the news are unpredictable.
Mostly I get profit about 80 % of the signal.

I've been with them for 3 months and they really are a gang of liars and thieves; especially Mr Jason. I’VE LOST ALMOST 30% OF MY ACCOUNT: They have no idea of giving good signals. Some signals given have just passed and then putting on a medal for getting a few pips already passed. Other signals given are a matter of probability, nothing else. They do not know how to manage either the SL or the TP. They do not follow up on the client with open positions, you have to wonder what happens and ask them for an update. An absolute disaster.

I subscribed with Carlos and Company to receive Forex Signals in order to enable me to trade on the Forex Market. I was told by their representative that they provide signals with an accuracy rate of 75% or more through various analyses. I subscribed for the premium package where I was promised 3-5 daily high profitable forex signals and 1-3 high profitable comex signals in my time zone. Note that I live in Canada and therefore the agreement was that I will be provided with signals between 7am-9pm my time.

Since November, I have not received the 3-5 daily signals that I was promised. Moreover, the accuracy rate has been nowhere near 75%. In fact, I have lost money every month since November from their signals. They gave me a partial refund in December and agreed that I should monitor their signals for one more month (January). During this month, they said they would provide me with everything that was promised to me back in October, i.e. 3-5 signals with an accuracy rate of 75%.

I monitored their signals in January and again I did not get anywhere close to the 3-5 signals that were promised. Moreover, the result in January was also a negative position where I had lost more than I gained so the accuracy rate was no where close to the 75%.

I contacted the representative again who said that the issue was due to "timing." Apparently because of my time zone, they can't provide to me the promised signals with the promised accuracy. Please note that I have not changed my time zone since October. Their promise in October and again in December was made knowing very well what my time zone and requirements were.

The representative then just stopped responding back to me. I wrote an email to the management for a resolution but my email was just ignored as I did not hear anything back.

I have filed for a buyer's protection refund under my credit card and provided them with all proofs of the promises that were made to me along with signal accuracy and losses that I have incurred. If anyone has paid to them through their credit card or PayPal, I would urge you to do the same to get a refund from this scam company. For new people reading this review, do NOT pay with Bitcoin. Use credit card or paypal and please save all conversation with them!

They have the worst customer service ever. They do not understand the different time zones and their representative makes you feel like you're doing something wrong asking for the basic things that they promised when taking your money.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I am currently bringing together people who have been scammed by this company in order to file a joint law suite against them. If you have been scammed, I am happy to provide free advice on how to get your money back and better yet, be a part of the lawsuite!
