Thanks for looking after us all throughout the process. Even though we walked in without an appointment we were made to feel welcome. Right balance of space to browse but on hand and knowledgeable when needed.

Lovely show room with a luxury feel. Good coffee! Excellent customer service with no “flannel” or pushy sales. Full range of cars all in good condition low mileage. RAC accredited gives security . A very positive experience.

I would recommend Carlingo
I would recommend Carlingo, I had great service from Adam throughout the process and from Amy for final handover.
I was offered a good value for my current car, they searched specifically for a car to meet my (narrow) requirements and kept me up to date regularly through the buying process. I wasn't pushed into buying anything I didn't want and they didn't try to persuade me on to car finance. Really pleased with the car and the service, thank you!

Carlingo were fantastic from start to Finnish but the best part of my dealings with Danny at carlingo was the purchase of my Fiat 500 it was so easy and I’m so happy with the car and it got delivered straight to my front driveway. From entering the carlingo site everyone was very helpful and the whole process of part ex and buying another car was absolutely amazing. Jimmy was so informative and Amy made handover smooth. Can’t fault them at all. Would definitely buy there again.

Bought an mg sales team quite helpful so I thought I asked on test drive if vehicle had the ismart connection and 360 cams and was told it had everything after trying to connect to car it wouldn't connect and couldn't find the cams anywhere tried reaching out but they didn't know how to connect it since found out that the car doesn't have either of these looking at having to change car now to one that has this costing me thousands......great eh

Sorry to hear that were not happy with the specification of your car.
We give all of our customers as much time as they need when they come to look at our cars and would never suggest that a car has something that it does not have.
We put great detail into the advertising of our cars and do advertise correctly on the website the details of the car. Having looked at the advert there was nothing to suggest that it had 360 Camera or ISmart Connection.
We have also called and emailed you back on numerous occasions to try to discuss the matter, but there was no answer. We are right in saying that you have subsequently swapped the car with another one somewhere else.

Great experience
We spotted a car that we liked online and went to the showroom to have a look at it in person. Adam M. was great - he was able to take us on a test drive immediately (where he made sure we both got to drive) and patiently explained all of the finer details when it came time to buy. We'd definitely recommend Carlingo as a great place to buy a car.
