Very competitive lease deal was quickly turned into a confirmed order through a fast and efficient online administrative process. Excellent communication throughout, both online and by telephone. Thank you, Sharon Samways, for your excellent service.

I have recently dealt with Sharon Samways to lease my vehicle and the service has been fantastic. Friendly, helpful and easy to deal with from start to finish.

This is the first time I have used this company for a lease - I highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again. Sharon Samways has made the whole process so easy from start to finish! So friendly and helpful and everything was dealt with straight away. Highly recommend her!

Nick Dewey was great throughout the whole process with our new Skoda Kodiaq order. Everything we required was approved along with the best price. This is our 2nd lease car. Would certainly recommend.

So far,
so good, everything going straight forward with good communication.

In terms of sourcing and ordering - Good price, excellent communication, simple process yet each step / email was followed up with a phone call.

Just hope the rest of the journey is as positive!

Jonathan Tomlinson from Wessex Fleet, was professional and kind, the sort of person I am delighted to give my business too. A joy to deal with.

Very on the ball, Andrew was very helpful throughout.

Ordered a car with expected build date Jan-Feb and delivery in March-April before Christmas - order number 31292541. No contact since 4th Jan until I finally called today to get an update on whether my car had been built as my last update stated it should have been. Email a few hours later stating build date now mid MAY. So a 3 month delay in build date with no update from this company since the start of January - that I had to chase up myself with them. The only reason I came to this company was due to another broker letting me down on another car which never materialised and being assured by this company that they had every confidence my car wouldn't be delayed beyond the Jan-Feb build dates given by CUPRA. (as apparently they had already been pushed back from 2022).
Whilst delays like this are not the broker's fault directly, I want a conversation with what's gone wrong here ASAP and what assurances there are from CUPRA for this not happening again come May and the car never actually being delivered.
EDIT: Call today as promised and options being looked into. Expecting call back within a week. Will update

Friendly, responsive and efficient

Great and professional service!

Sharon was really helpful throughout the process
