Carki Arvostelua

Had hollie help me through every part of the finance she helped me find a car was clear and concise handled alot of the communication between me and the dealer and got me a great deal on repayments even when she had a cold she remained professional polite and helpful through out

I thought getting car finance was going to be stressful but I couldn’t be more wrong. Hollie who was dealing with my claim was amazing and so helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. I would definitely recommend using Carki.
Thank you

Hollie has been amazing throughout. She helped us without hesitation no matter the request.

She really went above and beyond throughout the entire process.

Couldn't recommend Carki and Hollie enough!

Hollie was a star and it was plain sailing no issues at all had a car choose and the funds sent over to the garage within a week and she always kept in touch with me

Tremendous customer service from start to finish. Hollie guided me through my car finance and didn’t give up when lenders struggled with my self-employed status. She pushed until we got the result we needed. As a former hospitality worker, I know great service when I see it, and this was superior. Even after the sale had gone through there was still a follow up. Thank you, Hollie!

Hollie was amazing. Helped me through alot and we got things moving

It was pretty effortless and hollie in particular was a great help even letting me know what's happening in her own time, I will be recommending to others. Thanks

Good experience and customer service from Arjun and rahim. Thanks to these great guys. I will recommend carki anyday

Fantastic service .. Hollie helped me get finance and a lovely car in no time She was understanding of my situation and reassured me at all times thru the process ,as previously been let down with finance .. recommend 💯 .will be back in the future when need a another vehicle

Hollie who dealt with my case (which was very complicated) was the only reason I managed to continue with the entire situation.

I bought a car in november, had no end of problems, dealership dragged their heels until the end of March. Hollie was continously chasing them for me, she was keeping an eye on cars, making sure the finance agreement stayed as it needed to be so we could get cracking as soon as the refund was processed.

She checked in with me to make sure I was ok because obviously it was a very stressful situation to be in. She made sure I was updated constantly, she told me how every process would work and unfold. She did absolutely everything she could and more to not only sort the situation but also to keep me from going insane.

She was personable, professional and most importantly, effective.

Not one single negative thing to say about Hollie, quite frankly she turned what could have been a really bad experience into a positive one and I am now happy in my new car and it is all thanks to her.

Next time im on the lookout for a car, I will be going straight to Hollie

I recently had the pleasure of arranging my new van finance deal with the lovely Hollie Broad at Carki. Credit where it’s due, Hollie worked tirelessly and crunched many numbers to secure me the best possible deal. Your hard work hasn’t gone unnoticed and I appreciate all your efforts in arranging this so a massive thank you from me. James

Hollie, you are an absolute superstar!! I honestly would not have managed to get through this process without you.

From start to finish the process was pain and hassle free. Hollie kept me informed and upto date on everything and I mean everything. From the initial application to the purchase confirmation her happy and sunny demeanor was a breath of fresh air.

I will recommend Carki based on Hollie alone. Thank you again for the help and support you provided me. I really appreciate it. I hope that Carki know how talented you are because you are a credit to the company and brand!

Holly was very friendly talked to me all the way through answered all the questions and I was never on the edge would highly recommend

Very helpful, fast and efficient when answering messages. Hollie was very helpful with completing the form.
Great service

Hollie was brilliant explained everything really supportive in even waited for her to come back from holiday to find the right car for me

I would use Carki again!

We applied for finance on a new car with may other finance companies and via other brokers too and kept getting knocked back! We tried Carki as a final attempt to be approved for car finance and we were lucky to have such an amazing employee called Hollie. She was down to earth and very understanding! She got us approved for finance that worked with our budget and we now have a new car… finally!! Super happy with the customer service and experience provided by Hollie at Carki! I told her she needs to tell her manager she deserves a raise.. so I hope she gets it ;)! Unfortunately as she went on annual leave whilst the purchase went through, we wasn’t able to complete our sale with Hollie but we completed with another colleague who was also very good at their job! Thanks guys!

Straight forward quick process

Cannot believe how amazing Hollie was when arranging finance for our new car.
She was down to earth, honest, and did absolutely everything she said she would. Finance was arranged so quickly and without issue.
It’s probably been the best service I’ve ever had online.
If any managers are reading this, Hollie needs promoting, she’s a real asset to your company.
Thanks again Hollie. We are so grateful 😁

Hollie has honestly been great! From start to finish she was always there when and checked in on my progress with application and to answer any questions I had.
