I'm really happy that I can get insurance here. In my opinion, this is only one company in the world working with clients from the region of Russia. The price of services is really impressive, especially when you make an annual insurance. Nice attention of managers who personally called to explain me the procedure (not at once clear how to arrange annual insurance).

This company was highly rated on the Internet. Our first experience with this additional layer of coverage and we were a bit nervous. However, the documentation including the policy were spot on and timely sent to us. We did incur some damage and submitted our claim somewhat late due to personal matters, but Insurent moved the claim forward promptly and once their questions were answered we received our reimbursement through PayPal with no issues. Their follow up and communication was key to a good experience. We will use them for sure our next trip abroad.

I returned the car in Spain with small scratches, very delicate scratches on the paint, which could have arisen while parking the car. I returned the car outside office hours. I did not have the opportunity to discuss with an employee of a car rental company. After returning back home, I received several photos along with invoices for repairs. I submitted a claim and received full refund . I highly recommend carinsurent. Thank you.

Thankfully I didn't use the insurance but nevertheless I need to say that during registration I've made a mistake and put some wrong information into the certificate.
Their support has changed everything after my e-mail. Keep going in the same way!

Every single email takes 3-4 days to get reply, communication is very BAD, once you need them... you can forget about it, you'll never get reply. This is how it was done with me, writing review after a week I got no reply to my question... Not recommended in short.

Страхував цього року автомобілі в декількох поїздках по Норвегії та Ісландії, стався страховий випадок, після надання всіх документів страхова відшкодувала всю суму, яку стягнула з мене прокатна компанія на ремонт автомобіля. Причому, якщо carinsurance до цього виплачувала суми через paypal , то мені зробили вийняток, так як Paypal в Україні не працює, сума все одно була виплачена через іншу платіжну систему. Тому рекомендую всім, і сам надалі буду користуватись.
Best impressions from this insurance company! Insured this year, cars on several trips to Norway and Iceland, there was an insurance case, after the submission of all documents, the insurance paid back the full amount that was levied by me from the rolling company for car repair. Moreover, if carinsurance paid this amount through paypal, then I made an exclusion, since Paypal in Ukraine does not work, the amount was still paid through another payment system. Therefore, I recommend to everyone, and I will continue to use it in the future.

I had an accident with my car and I'm happy I had the insurance by CarInsuRent (policy 21912). I've reported to CarInsuRent on the day after my accident once got home. I was sceptic about getting the money back, because I didn't actually buy the insurance in my home country, but went for CarInsuRent as they were less expensive. I haven't even thought what I should do in case of accident. Wrote to them, explaining all the situation. They asked for documents, which were emailed by the rental company and then I was waiting for about 2 weeks and today I've received the payment. Thanks a lot for the great service! Although it takes a lot of time, but at the end once all documents are collected, it's just about time.

The company works responsibly. Payment made in accordance with the conditions. A small flaw is that the answers to the questions in the process of communication by e-mail were made with some delay. The rest of the work is excellent.

I would also like to share my experience of claiming with them. There was a bit of time spent, (particularly in respect to the settlement that is currently required by them to be by Paypal), and a wait on the lengthy side for a reply sometime, but in the end they did not disappoint. As for the information provided on the website and in policy documents, it would be better if they provided more reassurance about safety of their coverage, such as, who are the underwriters, what complaints procedures are available in case clients are unsatisfied and so on. There are also some differences in terms & conditions for insurance coverage as shown on the website and in the pdf file with the policy wording, which should be addressed.
