Michelle was just so intuitive on how to be with the cats- I was especially amazed how my shy girl Daphne on the second visit came out to meet her.

Michelle is incredibly professional and reliable. We had Michelle cat sit for us for a week while we were away and she took amazing care of our cat and home. It was a great comfort to receive her detailed daily updates and to have someone coming by the house while we were gone. It can be a bit nerve wracking to hand over your house keys to a stranger but immediately upon meeting Michelle and seeing how professional and conscientious she is I was grateful to have found her services. We will certainly be using this service in the future.

Michelle is not only caring and sensitive to each cat's preferences. She is professional and reliable. It's reassuring to know that she will take good care of my cat and my home while I am away. Michelle has looked after my cat several times and I always come home to a happy cat. I would highly recommend Michelle to look after your pets.

Michelle looked after my 4 cats for a week and she took the best care of them (and my house) I could ever ask for! 4 cats is a lot, but Michelle was diligent with each of their specific feeding instructions, personalities, and quirks. I was so worried that my escape-artist cat would get out the door, but she was no match for Michelle!! And even my most socially-anxious cat was snuggling up to her by the end of the week. Michelle also took great care in tidying any messes (aka cat pukes haha) around the house. It was such a relief during my time out of town to know that my cats were safe, clean & fed, and that they were getting plenty of cuddles and playtime. I highly, highly recommend letting Michelle look after your pets :)

Michelle looked after our cats and rabbit while we were away for a week. She was great at keeping in touch with us and sent pictures every day with updates. We felt very confident that Michelle was taking the best care of them while away which made our trip relaxing knowing that they were in great hands. She cleaned litter boxes and also was good giving eye drops to our rabbit which is not an easy job. We will definitely use Michelle again the next time we go away.

Our one cat Chibi especially loved Michelle’s brushes! Her coat was so shiny and soft when we came home.

I have had Michelle take care of my cat while on vacation multiple times & will continue to use her service, it's been a flawless experience. My cat gets the 1 on 1 attention he needs after being alone at home & Michelle always sends plenty of photos.

Also super helpful is Michelle grabbing my mail & any packages that arrive to my place as well.

I had Michelle come in to take care of my two cats while I was overseas for two weeks. I was quite blown away by her professionalism and how she went over and above to provide them with excellent care. First off, she makes sure to schedule a meet and greet with you and the cats weeks before you leave to get a lay of your home and to get the kitties familiarized. This ensures a smooth service delivery once you leave on your vacation. She provided updates after each visit, complete with pictures, which was just incredibly comforting. One of my cats needs insulin, and he gave her a bit of a hard time when she tried to administer it. Michelle went over and above in trying to find solutions; it was amazing. She also bonded with the other cat, which was so nice to see. Also, at one point one of the cats threw up on my couch, and Michelle brought her own stain remover to clean it (I didn’t even have to ask, and honestly would not have expected this). No trace of it on my return. On top of all this, she is incredibly friendly, and it is obvious she cares deeply about cats. I wouldn’t hesitate to entrust the care of my boys to Michelle again.

Michelle has looked after our Siamese cats five times over the last two and half years. She quickly became our trusted "go to" cat sitter. We know that our cats are in excellent hands with Michelle's expert care and more importantly, that our cats are comfortable with her. The two younger cats were not used to being fed by others and Michelle lost no time in winning them over so they would eat. Her regular photo updates with each visit help us to see that the cats are indeed comfortable and happy. We consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have found Michelle and highly recommend her cat sitting services.

Michelle is clearly perfectly suited for the work involved in looking after our kitties. At our first meeting, she was quick to pick up on each of our three girls’ personalities. While we were on vacation, we were so grateful for the twice daily updates, complete with pictures. It was obvious that our girls were very comfortable with her. We were especially grateful for her very kind, thoughtful and gentle approach to our eldest kitty.

Michelle is a wonderful cat sitter! She came to our home to meet our boys prior to our trip and made sure that she knew them, their care, our home and what to do in case of emergency. I love using Michelle’s litter cleaning services! I reached out to Michelle to clean my cats litter box when I was bed ridden with a bad back injury last month and have decided to continue using her services ever since!
