Salih has ben very patient with my friend Jessie and I, June holiday was cancelled, refund obtained for me, asked to send it to me. he was then asked to get prices for October, then when I had a holiday booked to go to Spain in September cancelled, he then re-booked us to go to same Hotel in September. We all now keep our fingers crossed.

Eddie was very helpful from start to finish couldn't fault him excellent service

Had great lads holiday in Magaluf last year, would definitely recommend to others who are looking for an organised holiday without having to worry about any complications

I’m not happy with the customer service especially mrs Sevgi, I was added on the list to fly back to Izmir during this outbreak I was promised a call to book my place however found out individuals who called after me were called in return and booked a place on the flight. I called this morning to discuss this issue however was not offered help at all. This is not professionalism, I do not recommend this company to anyone as they have no ethics and problem solving matters.

I have had a number of email conversations with one of your staff and quite aggressive text messages too and my request just keeps getting ignored and matter not dealt with. I have been a customer of yours for a number of years and referred a number of clients to but the service I am receiving now is absolutely unacceptable
