Good website that was clear and easy to use. Policy and instructions were the same.
Reasonable price.
So far, so good.
I suppose the test comes if I need to use the benefits of the policy...but, of course, I don't want to!

Fast and hassle-free claim process
Bought insurance from CarHireExcess for several years, but until recently never had a claim so couldn't comment on their services. Unfortunatelly, had an incident with a rented car recently and had to submit a claim to CarHireExcess. I submitted the claim online. After that, all the communication was over email.
They were very quick to come back and once I submitted all the supporting documentation, the claim was processed and reimbursment credited to my bank account in less than a week. Couldn't recommend their services more.

It is a great service to have for car…
It is a great service to have for car hire because its a minefield that the best of times with car hire companies. Once I told them I was covered they left it at that. I would use them again.

Good car hire cover, and straightforward renewal. I wish the the automatic renewal wasn't added at point osale, however it is easily switched off.

Scam artists. Why is the reocurring direct debit hidden in the small print? Tried to get it cancelled but they took 47.99 anyway from my credit card. Will never use them again.
