The customer service adviser (Dominic) was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He made the process very quick and easy by helping my find cars and speaking to the dealers. If he said he would call at a certain time he did which to me was very helpful. The actual process of applying and getting my car took about a week, and that was mainly because the dealer want ready.
