Unexpected add ons and unexpected cost.

order process was simple. But when check out was completed I had two more add ons I had not planned on ordering. Gift wrapping and another upgrade your entire order purchase. This added an additional $40+ to the order I was not expecting and my card was charged with no way to revise or cancel.

When I reached out the responded saying those charges would not be removed. This company is a total scam.

I did my order

I did my order, but then all these things about protection,shipping, wrap kept coming up and by the time I realized my purchase was $83 verses the $53 I started with.
I’ll take the extras since I couldn’t get a hold of anyone right after the order went through. I don’t want all the extra protection. If you’re a legitimate company, I shouldn’t have to pay you for a guarantee to receive it.

I did NOT select gift wrapping (despite mant times to decline) and I did NOT select order upgrade. (Never even saw that option.) Yet, after I hit confirm & saw the $ total, I knew I had been duped. I have sent 3 email responses to correct this. Waiting for refund results.
