The so-called "extra" gel inserts are useless! A simple soft pinch and you feel NO gel. What good is 1/2 empty gel sacks that provide ZERO pressure relief when sat on? There was a time that Jay, the company who makes these wheelchair cushions cared about their products. Now you buy a $450 cushion that bottoms out from day one and instead of fixing that problem they sell you more products that do nothing but steal your money. I've been paralyzed since 1992 and I've NEVER had such a terrible cushion or customer service experience. I have no health insurance and I'm on a very limited budget due to my injury and therefore I cannot just but ANOTHER cushion until I save up...AGAIN. I will never buy another Jay product, ever!! I can't believe how far this company has fallen. It's sad that they know that us wheelchair users have limited options & they use that against us to overcharge for the items we need to survive, literally!! I've had to stay in bed most of the day now because my new cushion and $60 worth of extra gel packs do nothing! I'm literally sitting on the foam cushion base within a minute of taking the cushion apart to move the gel around praying that it somehow helps...it never does. I'm 44 and stuck in bed for trusting the wrong company.

Outstanding service and support. We needed an emergency replacement part that wasn’t a stock item and they placed order direct with manufacturer with priority shipping at no extra charge. I had to place a second order the next day and without calling them it too got shipped priority!! Couldn’t ask for better service. Evan had live communications throughout the processing of the first order with them keeping me updated. Great customer service!

My Quickie 2 needed new armrests. One of my pet peeves for any disabled person is equipment in poor repair; we are worth having our 24/7 stuff in excellent shape!
I ordered armrests I thought would work, but they did not fit. I called the company and they did some research, figured out what would fit, and effected an exchange. I am a fan and will definitely use Care Medical Source again.

came 15 min early, still waited over a hour for first appointment

On October 4th at 8:59 a.m Oregon time, I ordered a pair of clothing guards for my wheelchair. They arrived on October 14th, tried to fit them to my wheelchair, they are not going to work for me because they are to small in height & length. I would not recommend this product. I'm going to return the product on October 15th, and hopefully I will get back the money I've spent.
