I am currently having issues with a…

I am currently having issues with a current order that was placed a few days ago. For whatever reason it was showing up a few days ago and I received email confirmation but now it does not exist. Does not show it pending or even canceled it is like it never existed.

I’d bought two different items on…

I’d bought two different items on separate orders. The next day, I received an email saying they were refunding the shipping and handling charges on the second order! It’s $9.00.

Good experience

Unluckily, I got only one sanitizing wipe although I placed the order 2 and paid about 20 dollar of shipping which is the same shipping charges as order 2.
However, the customer service was really good. She or he was really nice to take care of customer and explained why they couldnt charge shipping rate although my order qy has been changed. Some of company cancelled the order if they don't have inventory but this company contacted me and ask about my opinion before they change my order or cancelled because of inventory.

Overall great experience - Roho Cushion

Overall great experience. I should have paid extra for faster shipping as my old one gave its last gasp (!) a day before the new one came but I made it by keeping it pumped up. Bottom line, thank you for ease of ordering and good reliable quality and service. Thank you
