After one of our colleagues who dealt with CLL fell poorly, the rest of the team then had to step up and get more involved with using the software, the CLL team have been exceptional in providing support and help.
The support team could not have been any more helpful, professional and just altogether amazing in supporting us on every situation we have needed help with.

I have used a few different systems over the years but this is by far the easiest, most straight forward one. The support you get is excellent and the training is fantastic. I would 100% recommend

Careline is the best ECM we have used; It has all that is needed to complete a concise care plan.
The support that we receive when we have a query is so quick.
We have never had an outstanding query for a long time because, as well as raising a ticket, the AI gives you advice on how to find the answer. Even then, the team will contact us to ensure that we have found what we need.
And in addition, they have carer awards monthly. This is a lovely touch and much appreciated by those in the sector.

Messaged to raise a ticket for a question regarding the app i had a Very quick response within 5 minutes it was all fully explained and easy to understand with links to photos of which buttons to press very helpfull

I moved from a different system to Careline Live and it was one of the best things I did for my business. The system is easy to use and navigate around and is full of features I didn't think I would need but have saved me a lot of time.
The support team is very responsive and absolutely brilliant, nothing is too much trouble for them and they always have the answers. All I have to do is pick up the phone and I can get my problem solved straight away. I can not praise the support team enough, especially Colleen and Dawn you are an absolute asset to Care Line Live with all your knowledge and information on the system :)

Disappointing that the CareCircle feature of the App doesn’t show real-time carer check in/out times unlike other similar apps. It’s important for family members to know when carers arrive and leave the property. The time entered for completing tasks doesn’t quite do the same job.

I spoke with Collen this morning, trying to change the rates on a contract that was changed on our system incorrectly. Collen helped me through the process and spent time explaining until the issue was resolved successfully. Excellent customer service.

A great experience with customer support, after a painful exit from a previous provider, it is refreshing to deal with people face to face and not be charged the earth for it. Would definately recommend this provider, they really do care that you are happy with their product and service

Very fast responses to any queries raised. Each step has been carefully explained and follow up checks from the operators welcomed.

I've had great support from the CareLine team. We are coming away from another software provider and we find CareLine is much better and easier software to use with far more functionality. Happy to recommend to anyone looking for a system to help with their home-care business
