Padma had researched the interview styles for the companies I was interviewing at before our session so was well prepared. She also sent some practice questions for me to consider and complete beforehand to make the most of the session.

I later also used PadmaAI to refine my answers to make them more concise. This is Padma's AI chat function that uses her coaching style in its responses.

The coaching also calmed my pre-interview nerves.
