⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding – if I could give 10 stars, I would!

Having worked in the care and nursing sector for many years, we’ve used countless e-learning platforms, but I can honestly say we’ve never come across one as easy, efficient and user-friendly as this!

The flexibility to pay as you go is fantastic, and the pricing is incredibly reasonable – in fact, the cheapest I could find per course! What makes it even better is that the quality of the training is excellent, with courses aligned to Skills for Care standards.

One of the most impressive things is that if there’s a particular e-learning course you need that isn’t available, they’ll create it for you within just 7 days! That level of flexibility and customer service is almost unheard of.

An absolutely brilliant platform that makes managing staff training so much easier. I genuinely cannot recommend it highly enough. If I could give 10 stars, I would without hesitation!

Simple and easy to follow

I’ve recently signed up to Care2Learn and have been really impressed with the service so far.

As a supported accommodation provider for young people aged 16–17, I needed training that was relevant to our setting rather than solely adult social care. I contacted Mitch with a list of specialist training areas we required and he responded extremely quickly, creating and adding dedicated courses to the platform at no additional cost.

He has also agreed to add further courses to ensure the training programme covers the needs of our staff and young people.

The platform is straightforward to use, affordable for a growing provider, and I particularly like being able to allocate training according to individual staff development needs.

Good to know I have a place where all my training can be, understandable and easy to follow. Assisting me throughout my job career.

It’s easy to follow and complete. Good to feel you are up to date with training. It’s presented in a clear manner with spoken word if you want that too. It does repeat itself at the end of each session which I did find a bit unnecessary- maybe the re- cap could be shorter.

Excellent service, not overloaded with information just the must know facts. Easy to use.

I had a good learning and revision experience altogether ,this supports ,strengthens and improves positive awareness in my career as a Carer. There are important things that were mentioned with clarity which can help anyone to save life like knowing which position is suitable for a breathing but unconscious patient as opposed to what is suitable for the patient who suddenly can not breath,ie recovery position versas laying a patient on their back for CPR. It is great knowledge l leant and or got it reinforced having came across a statement that expresses that "behaviour is communication". Also, TILE/ LITE regarding moving and handling was well explained to mention but a few. As for the tips, l would kindly suggest that a Tittle or subject be placed on top, then critical/learning points put immediately under the tittle, for example : SEIZURES; then list below important points like (1) remove dangerous objects around, protect the head , do not restrain , time the duration , call for ambulance if last more than 5 minutes etc. This can help beginners to follow easily if any. Visual aids ,ie, pictures and or short clips can be quick reminders during the training for example attaching the picture of a patient in recovery position, a vedio of an automated external defibrillator at use etc, would be definitely helpful after mention about this position.
