Create the card was simple, straightforward and clear. I was communicated every step of the way from being told my card was being processed and prepared to when it was being delivered. The quality is great, looks exactly as advertised and my son will definitely love it when he receives it for his birthday

I recently purchased a personalized card from CardsPlug for my son’s birthday, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! The quality is excellent, the design is vibrant, and the customization options made it truly unique. My son absolutely loved it — it was the perfect gift for a football fan. The quality is first class. I had a couple of special requests which were answers and completed very quickly.
Honestly a great company who I would wholly recommend.

After noticing on my order confirmation email that there was no door number on my order I emailed to notify 3 times and all 3 times I never received a response, resulting in my order being returned to sender. Meaning im nearly £40 out of pocket as never received the item.

I’m really disappointed with my experience. I paid extra for Special Next Day Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm, but what the company doesn’t make clear during checkout is that this “next day delivery” only applies after an additional 3–5 day production period. This information was not clearly shown at any stage of the ordering process, yet when I complained, I was told it had been “displayed at different points,” which is simply not true based on my experience.

When I raised the issue and requested a refund, I was refused because the order had already entered production, even though the delivery timeframe I paid for was never going to be met in the first place. The communication has been dismissive, and the way the delivery option is presented is very misleading.

I’m leaving this review to warn others: be aware that “next day delivery” does not mean next day arrival, and don’t expect flexibility or understanding if there’s any issue. I wouldn’t order from this company again.

From my experience, the card was spot on with details I wanted on the card. If there were any problems with the design then it would give the customer the opportunity to reply back to the team to make the adjustments but nothing needed to be changed.

This is my 3rd time ordering an FC card and I 100% recommend CardsPlug. The quality of the product is excellent, great communication, dispatched very quickly and the customer service is outstanding. I ordered a stand for the card this year and it didn’t arrive with the card, these things happen. A quick message and this was resolved in less than 6 hours. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. I’m sure I’ll be ordering again although at this point my son has more FC points than Mo Salah 🤣

Cardsplug had the most deceptive and the least helpful customer service of any organization, and will actively sell you their product as a Christmas gift even when they know it will not arrive in time.
