Amazing services and really good quality my son is going to be so happy when he opens it on Christmas

Joined the mailing list and received an email saying my exclusive 25% discount will be applied automatically. Went through the rigmarole of designing my Grandson's metal plaque at a cost of £45.58 to be shown a discount of £2.26. When I emailed to query this I was told there was a site wide discount of 20% on the site already and the £2.26 was an extra 5%. Bit of a con I think! A day later I was contacted by David a co-founder to ask if he could help me complete my order. Just reply to this email it said. When I replied I got the message - The reply address does not appear to be a monitored address. Messages to this address will likely not be read by anyone. So, all in all not a good experience.

I wasn't sure how this would turn out when I ordered but I'm genuinely really impressed by the quality, speed of arrival and the material used. I'd happily order again the future when my son is slightly older. Well worth the money.

Used the wrong image. Somehow you kept that image even though I removed it with a new image. The image also is poor quality compared the one I had done last year with an Australian company.

Fixing a damaged order the service was courteous and the team were able to send out a new order pretty quickly with no hassle!

Really good value for money, my son loved it

My son is absolutely delighted with his purchase. At first I thought it was a bit expensive, but when we received it, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of it. Very impressed.

I ordered these cards as a gift for the football team I coach. Good quality product and clear imagery. The process of designing & ordering was simple, delivery was quick.
I did have one issue with one fo the cards where the incorrect image had been used. I sent an email and David responded very quickly, apologised and got a new correct card delivered at no additional cost.
Mistakes happen but CardsPug and particularly David dealt with situation with fantastic customer services.
I'd highly recommend.
