We have been waiting for payment of our…

We have been waiting for payment of our excess since 23-03-2026. We paid promptly for months, and now that we are filling a claim, it turns out that this company are not paying out! Upon further investigation, it becomes clear why you are registered in Cyprus (but working form Italy); so that by the time a lawsuit is filed against this company, the will have long since been dissolved!

I want to give them 0 starts to be…

I want to give them 0 starts to be honest. Very bad experience with them. We keep making bookings with them, but when we have a excess, they need 2 months to reject the excess. We made total of 2 legit excesses and still they reject it. Even we losed so much money because of all the bookings we made. Dont cooperate with them.

Very disappointing experience with…

Very disappointing experience with Cardoo. My deposit had not been refunded, even though i submitted all requested evidence correctly and on time. However, cardoo rejected my clain without providing a vailid or clear explanation.

Communication had been slow, and there is no real effort to review the case fairly. it feels like they look for reasons to withhold deposits by default, regardless of the proof provided.
