Excellent professional service, great team fast & reliable

Professional service. Any questions I had were answered without judgment. Service provided in a timely manner.

Called for a last minute MOT after being let down by another garage. From the first phone call to the end - absolutely flawless. Customer service and friendliness of the staff, second to none. Would highly recommend

Excellent service provided by real professionals!!! Will be using them from now on 5 stars

Five stars. I have taken my car there on two occasions, and each time I was thoroughly informed about all necessary procedures. The service was performed efficiently, with great honesty and professionalism. The staff was also exceptionally courteous. I will certainly return in the future.

Give them 24hr notice to allow them to get the parts in. Next day I towed my Smart Roadster in with a non working starter motor. Thanks to Colin the Car and a leaking water pump seal was fixed within 24 hours and at the agreed cost. Car was also cleaned which was a nice touch!

They are very kind and professionally prepaired. I went there twice, they solved the problem and took care of my car. No trouble, no surprise, just peace of mind and huge thanks to Paul and the rest of the team

Quick, efficient and good service

Second time using Cardoc and as before Paul and the team gave an amazing service in all areas, really can't get over how good and refreshing their attitude and work is.

Straightforward and honest to deal with.

"I had a very convenient experience. The issue was mostly fixed while we waited, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, a great experience!"

Excellent service from start to finish. Flawless. Great bunch of guys and very trustworthy. Will definitely use them regularly in the future.

Trust worthy, reliable and honest!

I fully recommend Cardoc, great service at all times and will only do what needs doing to your car, they don’t fob you off ever!

Very helpful and good advice.

Parts were ordered and fitted on time.

I Called cardiac and he was so rude and had a horrible attitude. This guy is supposed to know about hybrid cars as advertised on line. However, the cardiac tell me I don’t know much about the car. I tried to repair another lady car and couldn’t fix the car because the panel controls the car. He then tell me I don’t know what to tell you but I have other calls waiting with a horrible attitude. I wouldn’t waste my time on somebody that lack the knowledge of the car and sound so unprofessional. He is argumentative and very rude and if you have a problem with his service you’re going to left with the problem. Please save yourself frustration and disappointment.

I called them up for my bmw tourer, they were very thorough from the outset, asking probing questions before booking the car in for a diagnostics. They were transparent about the prices (not the cheapest but you certainly get what you paid for),

I dropped the car off in the morning and received a call before lunch to tell me what was wrong with the car. From my first visit I can tell you they are trustworthy, honest and thorough and would highly recommend them.

Mahesh and team, thank you very much for the Great Service from start to finish!
I recently had my vehicle repaired by Cardoc and was extremely happy with the level of service given. I was contacted by phone throughout to keep me informed as to when the car would be ready.
To make things even better, on arrival, I found that the car had been cleaned & valeted to.
I was very impressed with the level of service I received and will definitely be using Cardoc again.

Thanks again Talesh
