Patrick in the customer support team replied to my e-mail within minutes and had solved the issue of my friend not being able to redeem her gift card. Patrick redeemed the gift card and sent me a link with a gift voucher for my friend to print off and take into the store. I have been using Cardly for about 2 years now for birthdays and Christmas for all my family & friends in the UK and friends in Canada, Australia and the US. They are the best card service i've used up to now!

The cards I printed were customised and looked amazing when they arrived. I had an issue with the delivery as the order was misplaced by the post office. Cardly's customer service (Patrick) was very friendly, understanding and helpful in sending me a new consignment.

I have ordered a card for Mother's Day in May to send to the USA. First I ordered it at the last minute, but I also made a mistake during the process and noticed after completing the order. I contacted the customer service immediately and they replied promptly and helped me out even if it was the weekend. I would definetely use them again and happy to recommend.

The best customer service. I sent a birthday card to my brother and was unaware he'd moved to a new apartment recently. When the card never arrived I realized my error and contacted Cardly to see if there was anything they could do. They resent the card AND giftcard I'd ordered to the correct address immediately.

Cardly has made my prospecting super easy and has already paid for itself several times over. I've only been sending out 100 cards per week (to high ticket commercial insurance leads) and plan to scale this up soon. It takes me less than 5 minutes each week to send these out!

I am a very new user and was totally impressed when Patrick Gaskin reached out to offer tips to personalize my cards. If that wasn’t enough, I mentioned to him that I had my own True Type Font and he offered to add it for me and added it for me and sent a other video showing how I could access it. You don’t find customer service like this these days!

I cannot recommend Cardly highly enough! I was already impressed with their selection – the cards are genuinely beautiful, high-quality, and there's such a wide variety to choose from, perfect for any occasion. But what truly blew me away was their customer service.
I discovered I had made an error on a card I'd ordered, and to make matters worse, it was late on a weekend, right before the card was due to be sent out. I contacted customer support, honestly not expecting much given the timing. However, I was connected with a fantastic representative who went absolutely above and beyond. They were incredibly understanding, efficient, and worked quickly to help me fix my mistake before the card shipped. Their willingness to help, especially outside of typical hours, was such a relief and saved the day.
It's rare to find a company that pairs a great product with such exceptional, personalized customer care. If you want beautiful cards and the peace of mind that comes with outstanding support, Cardly is the way to go. They've earned a loyal customer!

Such a great company. So easy to send overseas and cheaper than some of the 'big' name card companies and Cardly's service is 100%. Highly recommend if you are looking to post cards in UK or overseas.

found this on google. created an account, created a card... then it vanished so I created it again. It took FOREVER to input the address details, for some reason it kept disconnecting from my internet and would not allow me to input my country. But eventually I got to the payment stage and..... impossible to pay. Tried two different credit cards. Tried the chat - but it's not monitored so they sent me an email to ask what I needed.. and didnt reply. I found a competitor and used them. Won't bother with this again.

The cards were cute, non-expensive, and easy to customize, but I was more impressed by the support team. I had a slight issue with the card delivery, which was unrelated to the business (it was delivered to a college, ended up in the wrong last name section), and so I ended believing it hadn't been delivered. A very kind representative helped me, and eventually we found the letter that had arrived precisely on time, just a little lost in translation. I'd definitely order from Cardly again, the experience was nice and support happened in a very timely matter!

I use Cardly very regularly as I have many friends and relatives living abroad and I know that they will get their their cards on time! (as long as I'm organised enough with my timing!)
Great selection of cards (but as I use it so often I'm sure I will repeat a design along the way!)
My only top tip for users is to remember to log in as I've got stuck forgetting to do this as my tab is constantly open!

Made only positive experiences with cardly. Delivery was as promised, my friend even thought that the card was hand written. The doodle option was amazing and very unique. Prices are really reasonable. Also using their interface was super fun to do..because if it I send out cards often just because..

I live in Germany. With cardly I sent cards and gift cards to my loved ones in the USA many times. It was always delivered perfectly, made my friends smile. Lol I sound like a bot or cardly staff but honestly, I'm just very impressed.

Paid for a birthday card to be sent to my Girlfriend in America with a $20 gift card in it. I got an email saying someone had redeemed the card and the card never arrived. When I emailed Cardly about this I got a very gaslighty and nasty email from Cardly saying because I didn’t attach my girlfriend’s email to the card how was I sure it was for her. Will never use them again and don’t recommend you do either.

So far so good. I've ordered 2 cards to go abroad. Fingers crossed that they arrive on time for Christmas.
I accidentally put the wrong address on one of them and emailed Cardly who replied promptly and updated the address.

I simply looked up what was the best way to send a birthday to someone in England if I was in the United States. Cardly was the first option that came up. I clicked on the website and everything fell into place like dominoes. Everything was easy to understand, easy to edit and personalized, and the customer service was very prompt with any questions I had. I'm very impressed and totally satisfied.

What a great company, it’s so hard to send gifts to friends & loved ones abroad. I’m so glad that I have found you & to be able to personalise cards is such a wonderful thing to be able to do.

This is an excellent website that is very clearly presented and is easy to navigate. I have used the Cardly service a few times, some of which include foreign destinations such as USA, New Zealand and France and all cards have arrived safely within the promised timeframe unlike other web based greeting card sites such as MP and FP who have both failed me in the past. Keep up the good work!
