AVOID!!!!! Item has been ‘lost by Hermes’ & I have asked several times for a replacement to be sent out ASAP and I have been ignored several times. I have to email 2-3 times and threaten to take it further for them to respond. Today I have been completely ignored.
Shambles of a company, disgusting customer service. The owners should be ashamed of themselves, taking money and not fulfilling orders, don’t even have the decency to respond to my email.

Absolutely love this, the pink diffuser makes my car so much more personal and there’s not one time that someone doesn’t step in the car and compliment the scent! Keeps your car feeling fresh. Highly recommend.
