Car Diffusers Arvostelua 

Another 2 days have passed, NO REFUND and NO REPLY to my e-mail that they asked me to send. Once again DO NOT purchase from this company!!!!!!!

I purchased a diffusor for my son for christmas which unfortunately broke in January. I contacted them and they advised me to return it which I did. They confirmed via e mail that they had received it on the 3rd February and offered me a refund or replacement. I asked for a replacement and that is the last time I heard from them. I have sent 2 more e mails on the 9th February and the 15th February and had no response. I have been replying to the original email thread so no issues with the e mails not going through. I have also filled the contact form in from their website and again had no response.

After ordering on the 15th feb and then reading the reviews on this page I was worried! I immediately emailed the company thinking I've been scammed! The company never replied to my emails but today they arrived. The alien scent isn't very strong but the savaugex is lovely!!

My only complaint would be that they should reply to customer emails better but other then that everything is perfect!

Also the sauvagex dry mist spray is AMAZING!!!

Absolute shambles. Spent 80 pound on a large order for my personal car, girlfriend's car and works van and only half of it has turned up. I have emailed saying that I need the rest and they haven't said anything. Also when I track my order they say the full package has been delivered when it just has not. I still have all the history of the offers and they've sent one diffuser out of two with a few samples. They have failed to send the spray air fresheners and an extra diffuser with a lot of samples. Shambolic. Do not order from them at all. Complete failure to respond to my emails

Edit: you have asked me to contact your email and I have done this three times now and not once have you guys replied

Bought my first air diffusers for my partner and myself. Received the wrong coloured product, emailed customer service twice, no reply or even acknowledgement. Terrible customer service, and looking at previous responses to queries all they do is copy and paste a reply. I would not waste your time or money.

Update to response. No point telling me to email you when you never respond to emails!

Took a little longer than expected to arrive but when it did I was seriously impressed with there slim diffuser with the one million fragrance! Looks so good in the car and it’s very versatile wherever you want to use it it works and looks spot on and it’s the first thing people notice!

I’ve emailed twice and I still have not heard back with an update on my order! Can someone respond back to me asap?

Don't trust this lot, cheap shoddy products, they did not send me both things I paid for, they offered a 50% refund purely so it looked like they give a monkeys on trustpilot. They did not send me the other item until I gave a poor review, and I never got the refund, the response is just to hold you off.

I am going to report them to topgear magazine so they remove them from their pages, bunch of crooks.
Same experience as the other reviewers, fake tracking number, no updates, no response to email.
The website bombards you every time you go near it, I found their advert in Topgear magazine.
Car diffusers my order number is #CD1484 if you want to get around to processing my refund.

UPDATE Been contacted to say I would be refunded half as a sign of goodwill. No refund as yet. Only one product arrived, still no sign of the other to date either.

I first saw a post from car diffusers on my Instagram feed. As soon as I saw the mini diffuser I knew I needed it for my car. I contacted them, as I was unsure if it would be compatible for my car. They responded quickly to my query and answered any further questions I had. My delivery arrived quickly and I love the product. I would highly recommend car diffusers to anyone!
