Great service but refund took too long
Great service getting the item quickly, returned as didn’t fit. Processed the refund quickly but it took 8 days to actually receive the refund due to using a e-cheque to refund.

Hi Rowan,
Thanks for your order. Unfortunately due to checking out via Paypal delayed your refund as their processing times take longer than checking out with a credit or debit card.
Please accept our apologies on the matter, but unfortunately it's something out of our control.
customs costs
We were not informed about the fact that if you're shipping to the EU you have to pay a huge amount of customs costs to DHL, which was very annoying.
Apart from that everything was fine.

Hi Maria
Thank you for your order. We're very sorry about the customs charges you have to pay, but since our country foolishly decided that Brexit would be a good idea, all our exports to Europe have been subject to import/customs charges. This is all explained in our Shipping / Returns policy, https://cardiffskateboardclub.com/pages/delivery-returns
Again, we're sorry that you're disappointed with this, but unfortunately it is something out of our control.

Hi Laura,
Thanks for your order! We really appreciate people supporting our little shop. Really sorry that UPS has let you and us down this time. I've checked the tracking info on your order and for it take over a week to arrive is pretty disappointing. We're constantly reviewing our shipping options and the couriers we use to provide the best service we can so will definitely be looking at other options in future.
Please accept our apologies on the matter, and please check your email as we have contacted you further on the matter.
Many thanks
