Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.
I contacted Cardiff Desires to enquire about booking a specific escort. Shortly afterwards I was contacted by someone claiming to be "Kate from Desires Agency Cardiff" and arranged a booking. However, after the appointment I contacted Cardiff Desires directly regarding my concerns and was told they had no record of my booking and that the number I had been dealing with was not connected to them.
The service I received was not what I believed I had booked or what had been represented to me beforehand. I have since requested a refund and asked for an explanation regarding how I came to be contacted by someone claiming to represent the agency, but despite giving them the opportunity to resolve the matter, no satisfactory resolution has been provided.
My advice to anyone considering booking is to verify exactly who you are dealing with before sending money or arranging an appointment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

I was quite nervous but the booking process was straightforward and the service was excellent. I would certainly recommend Desires.

I booked a lady called Erika. Her photos on their website looked amazing, and in her description it said she was a mature slim blonde size 10. Well, let's just say that the girl who turned up wasn't the girl in the description or in the photos on their website. Without going into too much detail she was fat with questionable personal hygiene. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. This company is in my opinion committing fraud and taking money under false pretences. In any other field of enterprise they'd end up in court. Avoid at all costs.

booked a lady called Kate. She wasnt the Kate on the website.
On arrival she was on her phone told me to get undressed went to the toilet told me to give her oral, didn't touch me, asked me to have viagra.
I said don't need it normally.
Asked me for more money.
Said no, all the time on the phone....

Tried having sex eventually asked her to leave.

In my opinion best to stay away but the lady despite being ok, she wasnt the kate on the website and wasn't a nice person
