Guter Service, aber aus technischer Sicht hat die Website Verbesserungspotenzial...

Les achats groupés sont formidables. Il est extrêmement rare de trouver une telle option dans un service similaire avec des cartes-cadeaux, et qu'elle fonctionne correctement. J'ai rencontré quelque chose de similaire une fois, mais la possibilité d'achats en gros était cachée sur le site et j'ai dû tout clarifier avec le responsable, puis attendre presque un mois pour la mise en œuvre du plan - c'était très inconfortable, car il fallait planifier le timing.

Maintenant parlons de cardgifters. L'idée est vraiment excellente! C'est très pratique, avec un design simple et tout est honnête. Cependant, en termes de mise en œuvre, il y a encore du travail à faire. Par exemple, j'aimerais voir plus de magasins avec des achats groupés. Certains ne sont disponibles que pour des commandes classiques - je ne comprends pas pourquoi. Mais le fait que tout cela puisse être fait en seulement quelques clics est incroyablement pratique.
Si vous travaillez encore un peu sur cela, ce service deviendra l'un des meilleurs dans son segment.

Es ist super praktisch, dass ihr eine Suchfunktion für Karten hinzugefügt habt! Das ist viel besser als vor vier Monaten, als ich eine Karte als Geschenk für meinen Freund gekauft habe. Früher war die Suche viel schwieriger, besonders wenn ich den benötigten Laden erneut finden wollte. Macht weiter so!

i originally bought the card as a gift in the spring, but now that i’ve decided to use it again, i want to mention that the interface has improved significantly over this time !!!!

Even though I had to wait they eventually found a spanish speaking support manager for me - TNX

it felt tailored to me which was great. I had a specific request so I am glad everything was flexible enough for me to find the best option within my budget

their service was cool, no doubt. but there are some things that could be improved..... :/

So, my card didn't pop up in my inbox right away after purchase... I had to hit up tech support and bug them about it. However I will not give 1 star... just because they helped me and in the end I received my order. Without that hiccup they would've gotten a better rating from me...

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. JUST ADD A REMINDER ABOUT THE EXPIRATION DATE, FOR EXAMPLE BY EMAIL.
