We have had the most positive experience throughout ,using Cardenas Estate Agents and their Lawyers. Inge in the Arguineguin Office has just been amazing - from the minute we set eyes on our Dream Property in Mogan, helping us through the whole buying process and constantly helped in anything we have ever needed. Now years later - sadly we have needed to sell and again she was there for us. So very reliable, friendly, helpful and trustworthy. I really cant thank her enough. We initially used another lawyer to purchase but very quickly found out Cardenas's Legal team were second to none and assisted where our lawyers couldn't. This time we used Natalie (in Cardenas's legal team in Arguineguin) to assist with the sale and she has been brilliant. Natalie has been so consistent, always replying promptly, so helpful and completely on the ball! Can not recommend these services enough. A very thorough, simple and reassuring experience - ensuring such a smooth transaction of sale. We definitely would recommend Cardenas to anyone who is looking to buy or sell in the Gran Canaria region. They have proved to be the best of the best!. We have used other Estate Agents but Cardenas are no doubt the ones we would always go back to and would recommend to friends and Family. Wir sind mit Cardenas, speziell mit Yvonne, die sehr kompetent, geduldig und zuverlässig ist, sehr zufrieden. Der Kaufakt ist mittlerweile 6 Jahre her und ist immer noch in guter Erinnerung, es war einfach, schnell und wir wurden gut begleitet. Am besten ist, dass es für uns ein sicherer Kauf war. So sind wir auch heute noch sehr glücklich mit unserer Immobilie. So sind wir gerade Yvonne letztlich sehr dankbar.

Her fikk jeg god behandling uten at megler var pågående. Megler lyttet til mine ønsker og fant en fin leilighet som passet veldig bra til mine ønsker. Jeg fikk et oversiktlig regnestykke over alle årlige kostnader og total kjøpspris. Jeg anbefaler.

The representatives involved in selling my parents apartment have been very helpful and professional, from the first contact by e-mail and all the way to the signing of the sales contract at Notaria.

They have arranged and helped me with all the issues needed to be dealt with, selling an apartment abroad with power of attorney.

From the first contact, the follow-up has been very good. The contract to be signed was thorough and detailed, but understandable and the prospect very good, and distributed on many channels and languages.

They helped me with capital gains tax, tax returns, contact towards the Communidad and
public authorities, etc.

The first contact with Cardenas was by mail from home and thereafter meeting at Cardenas office in Arguineguin, however the contract was signed when back in Norway. Thereafter returning to Arguineguin to end the sales process. Continuing the dialog and the sale process and signing the sale contract from abroad, went smoothly.

I can really recommend Cardenes for the sale of an apartment and would without a doubt buy from them as well.
