Issues resolved - now very happy.
The card I ordered, paid for and wanted I did not get. Instead they sent me two cards I had not ordered. After I sent them an email, they got back to me very quickly and offered to send me the card skin I was missing (the main one I wanted) plus an extra free skin of my choice as a good will gesture. Very good customer service.

Slow but good
I created my order the 27th of may and received it the 18th of June. I was worried at first it was a scam, but fortunately it was not. I contacted their email and got a kind response the 12th of June. Sad that's it's not possible to track the order. The product itself look amazing (Blue-eyes white dragon). I live in Sweden.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Paid for express shipping it’s been almost a month and still nothing. I wonder if I’ll ever get what I ordered. I contacted them and all they told me was “it’s been shipped to just wait” horrible do not recommend purchasing anything with them

Never shipped, no refund.
I took a shot and ordered one because my son thought they were super cool and saw a lot of mixed reviews. It's been over a month and no shipment. I've requested a refund but nothing yet. Don't risk it.

Items never received - potential scammers
I contacted Card Emblems 4 weeks after I was sent the shipment notice for my purchases, because I hadn't yet received anything from them. Card Emblems advertise a 7 to 10 day shipping time for International shipments and I'd already waited 20 working days for them to arrive. The answer I got was "we cannot control shipping hold ups, We can assure you it was sent on the 13th November. There is no tracking on these items. We suggest you check your mail again". It's now December 31st and I'm clearly never getting the items, that were meant to be for Xmas and that I could not afford to waste money on. Please do not buy anything from this company.

Requested refund, they tried to say they'd reship and add free stuff to order, but just want my money back

Never received my order
I know they're based in Australia, and I'm in America but the shipping said 7-10 business days. Every time I met that 7-10 day mark I asked them why I haven't received it and all they told me to do was wait 7-10 additional days. I ordered October 22nd and it's December 3rd and I never got it. It was supposed to be a gift for my fiance, and I really would have liked it for Christmas. But I'm not going to hold my breath and not have anything for him. So disappointed
