We did our searches - checked the reviews - Car deals direct was the first and only dealer we needed in our search for a pre owned vehicle. We were very impressed with Usman Shahsaeed- he demonstrated professional and personal integrity- he was very patient and understanding.
He helped us successfully navigate the stress of purchasing a vehicle. He went above and beyond the call of duty ensuring we were happy with our 2019 Kia Sorento. The pre- owned vehicles are displayed in a beautiful showroom- lots of choices - fair prices.
Nice touch - they put signs on the vehicles after they are sold-“Sold to very nice people. We would recommend this dealer to those looking to be treated honestly and fairly.

Don't believe the FAKE five star reviews which can be easily bought online by the hundreds these days. It's just Car Deals Direct scamming you before you even set foot on the property or look at a vehicle. This whole place is organized crime, stay away and save your family the financial hardship and trouble. They will lie to you, promise things, say anything to get your signature on a contract. They will sell you a vehicle with serious drivetrain or safety issues then make it difficult to back out and get your money back. Or they will ghost you and stop communicating. Then they will accuse you of being a dishonest customer or harassing them because you got ripped off. Straight up predatory behavior. Car Deals Service center clears check engine lights and diagnostic codes to hide serious expensive defects from customers.

CarDealsDirect trades on lies and deceit bordering on outright fraud. They are abusing the Google Reviews feature by buying five star reviews. Have a look for yourself and really check the reviews and profiles, do you believe what you are reading? As per user reviews this dealer is selling wrecked vehicles from Quebec at market prices. We are so disgusted and hope you find this review before you and your family are harmed. We also note that the owner is an Eastern European possibly Ukrainian immigrant. You come here seeking a better life but then you want to rip off hardworking Canadian families? BTW Alex - don't try to claim that you have no record of us at your dealership, looks like you are using this tactic a lot on Google Maps reviews.
