Fast response and effectively resolved the issue! Thank you!

I've been using CardCookie since 2019. They've definitely been the most reliable gift card seller from which I've purchased. The cards are usually delivered within a minute or two and are the amount specified. The only exception is occasionally after I've purchased a sizeable amount, at which point the cards arrive usually somewhere after 4am PST.

The few times I've ever had issues, a quick email to support resulted in CardCookie support staff taking care of the problem right away, usually with a replacement card. It's honestly nice to have a something in life that delivers exactly what it promises.

I was extremely satisfied and pleased in the way the Card Cookie support team resolved my issue. A special Thank You to Sarah from the Support team who did a wonderful job in quickly resolving my issues. Two Thumbs Up to her.

Just tried to place order that the site said didn’t go thru
Despite this they charged my credit card for the 182 dollar amount
Do not recommend and reporting fraud to my bank

Cardcookie is a complete scam. They request identity information and then use your personal information to scam you. Do not attempt to buy gift cards from Cardcookie unless you want to be scammed

Great customer service. I complained about an error regarding a missing discount coupon code and they sent me a bonus gift card for that amount. Very prompt replies and service from the customer support team.

I purchased gift card from Cardcookie for more then 3 years, sometime delay but no big problem. recently I purchase Home depot gift card, next day They asked me sent a copy of my driver's licence and scan my face, then they said can't confirm and reject my purchase. I am just wondering they use my date do something else.

I had a problem with a card, as I've learned, due to the fact that the seller used the card for him/herself after selling it to Cardcookie.com. It was remedied at once by the customer service. They surely stand behind their products. Will buy again.

Always quick response and replacement card if a card doesn’t work.

I have been extremely pleased with the value of the gift cards and the customer service staff is always quick and friendly when needed. Thank you Tom!

Sarah fixed the problem fast and accurately. Very gapoy

I tried to buy 4 gift cards. I got an email that they wanted my ss, drivers license or ID card through Stripe. I emailed customer service and said I wasn't ok with that. They said no problem and sent me a way to verify using the CC charge. Now they email me asking for more personal information (photos of current bills or bank statements). I told them to cancel my order because I am not giving more personal information. Either my CC charge worked or it didn't.

Very fast support and quick to resolve your issues with gift cards!

Cardcookie makes it easy to stay protected.

Any issues with a purchased card is resolved quickly. CardCookie is my go to discounted gift card site!

Card Cookie customer service is very quick in response .

This has been a colossal waste of my time and energy! I verified my email and telephone. I paid with my credit card and gave you cvv. You charged my Amex. An hour later, nothing.

Then an email stating you that you need to "verify some of your payment information" and that I need to verify my identity with my driver's license and pics of me?
Still no gift cards! I emailed support to complain.

Simply ridiculous! Use another site if you actually what to buy gift cards to use quickly.

Excellent customer service.

Promptly responded to my request when a purchased card was used fraudulently, and replaced the difference.

I get deeply discounted cards from Cardcookie, and their support is great if there is ever a problem; they respond and provide replacement cards right away.

Terrific, speedy delivery and outstanding customer service!
