They gave the best price compared to other local dealers.
Arranging for valuation and collection was quick and simple.
Communication was given throughout the process.
Collection was made next day and payment within 24hrs. With no surprise deductions.
Would definitely recommend and use again if needed.

I was a bit concerned about some of the reviews I read, but decided to use them for scrapping my car. That part was very good. I got an online quote on the Wednesday and they took the car away on the Thursday. Seemed like a trustworthy bloke. I was expecting him to do a bank transfer immediately, but instead he took my details and promised the money would be in my account the next day. I was unnecessarily suspicious, as he was true to his word. The money was paid, and it was higher than any other quote. Only 4 stars as it's very difficult to get through to them on the phone.

Saw a few reviews on here and was worried that I was going to get some cowboy who would try to negotiate the quoted price down. They did not, which was good, and to be fair to them they gave me a much better price than any other scrap service.

However they need to work on their communication. They rang me the evening before to arrange an appointment. I accepted, but the next day I had a question which I needed to know the answer to. I proceeded to ring the number that had rang me the night before approximately 15 times, but each time there was no answer and I was told that the mailbox was full. They did ring me back once, but as I was at work at the time I missed this by about 30 seconds. I immediately rang back, but as it seems that they can ring me but I cant ring them, I couldn't get through. This really disappointed me and made me doubt the veracity of the quote and the service they would provide.

All in all, I think if there was an option for 3 and a half stars I would give them that. The price they gave me was very good, the chap who came and collected the car was very friendly, but the inability to contact them on the phone or email was quite frustrating.

To be honest, I read a few reviews and was hesitant at first.

Spoke to them on the phone, very friendly, the driver who came and collected my Seat Alhambra, was very friendly.

Money was in my account the next day.

Took the whole of the registration document with them before I noticed the driver hadn't left it. Tried to contact them on numerous occasions and am just ignored or they say they can't hear me properly.
Be careful with this company there must be others that are more honest.

Awesome service from start to finish very polite customer service from when i rang up and spoke to lady to the call I got from the driver and had good friendly chat with driver and kept to the price they quoted me don't get why people give these guys bad reviews nothing but professional

I recently ran a quote online to have my car collected,when called to arrange collection the guys were prompt and efficient, they took the car and the money cleared when they said it would, would highly recommend

Quoted me after already asking if the car had alloys , then when they rang asked again about the alloys to which I said no it hasn't so they knocked me down £30 for no alloys despite quoting knowing there was no alloys.

Then on collection day they loaded up the car drove off then called to say it hadn't got a catalytic converter ( they never asked about that for either quote) and the best they can offer is 60 less than original quote , seems a good game played slow quoting to get the business and paying you less than other sites , steer clear guys , robbing pikeys

Were very quick to get back to me and polite. The man who came to collect was very polite and helpful. I checked several scrap companies, and these offered best price by far, and didn't try to haggle the price once offered. Was collected on a friday and money was in my account by sunday evening. Does exactly what is says. Got an online quote, phone call the next day to arrange collection for the following day ....which was a weekend. Got to choose between 2 collection times and driver called as he was leaving the yard so I knew exactly when he was coming. Collection was a breeze quick check of the car to make sure all was in order, given a receipt and the money was in my account by Monday and the price was better than the previous company I'd tried and was messed around by, 10/10 would definitely use again

Offered me a good price online, accepted the offer.
Had a phone call to arrange it all, lady very rude on the phone. She said we can offer you £45 LESS than we said ‘because you’re outside of our collection zone’. To which I replied, you had the post code at the time of the quote so there shouldn’t be a problem.
She denied this so I said ‘we’ll cancel it then’ at which point I was hung up on!
Very rude customer services, advertised incorrect prices. Avoid

We had to cancel our appointment at the very last minute. The man I spoke to on the phone couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Thank you for your understanding.
