Carbon Coco Arvostelua

Much like the other reviews on this site they have terrible scam like customer service. I have been purchasing their product for years. Even go as far to give it as gifts to my friends and family.

They clearly do not care about keeping their customers or honoring their promotions. This lead me to question the ethics of a company whom I so adamantly use and supported to my friends and family. They would rather step over dollars to pick up quarters. Because of this I will never use their products again and the products I did order (one of everything they had) will go straight in the trash where it belongs.

They send out emails advertising discounts. BEWARE if you click on the discount it will take you to the site but not add the discount, if you use a mobile phone or Apple Pay from express checkout it is near impossible to find where to apply the codes in drop down hidden menus as they changed the format where it easily visible on a laptop or tablet to see at the bottom.

I made them aware of the problem immediately when it happened that my order was placed that no discount was applied, however they chose to ignore and ship the products out and not respond to my email. I tried contacting them multiple times but they offered no solution or help to correct the situation and told me that I could return the product for a partial refund. They very well knew shipping their product back to Australia from USA would cost more than the total order!

Using their company account would have been a more reasonable solution for shipping but they did not offer any type of viable solution to help a loyal customer of years!

The aqua flosser gets rid of so much more then just normal floss and makes my mouth feel fresher everyday and the tongue cleaner is great confidence booster giving you a healthy pink tongue

After brushing my teeth they looked and felt like they'd gotten a "new lease on life"!!
They felt and looked unbelievable cleaner and whiter !!

After using the charcoal magnetic mask, my skin is totally freshen and softer than it was before! it is so easy to use! I will definitely buy more of this. :)

Great company, great products, easy to deal with would buy from again!

This is a perfect product. I never use a toothpaste such good like this.

I love all the carbon coco products they work wonders I couldn’t live without them! The stain removal in the toothpaste is great and it’s even better it’s natural!

All natural without that "all natural" taste, the Mango flavour is a nice mix up from the standard minty. but love that I go to the dentist and get told that my Gum health and teeth are in great nick and they complement my white smile is all the better! Even managed to get the BF onto it :)

Bought two paste several months ago. My family and I all love it, especially my dad, who with sensitive teeth, has found out it is a gentle product and cleans well. Recommended to my friends!

I purchased the charcoal toothpaste polish after seeing it on Facebook. The product was very messy at first but once I used it a couple times it wasn’t messy. Gave me whiter teeth in 2 days.

Carbon coco has excellent quality products for the price, shipping was fast and the water flosser performed beyond expectations

I'm very sceptical about using new products but I'm really happy I chose to use this one works amazing

Really beautiful product. gentle on the teeth but it does its job. I love that it's all natural aswell. the shipping didn't take that long either which was really helpful as I could start looking after my teeth right away

I really like mixing my Carbon Coco powder and toothpaste for my morning and night routines! As a coffee lover, my friends often ask me what is the trick to keep my teeth white!

This teeth whitening product is easy to use and shows great results for your teeth. Highly recommend!

The cheapest teeth whitening you can ever find, I use carbon coco powder three times a week. I has worked as a magic, you can see the difference after first week. Best product at best value.

Very reliable product, the tooth paste goes very well with their other products like the mouth wash and makes you feel extremely refreshed! I have definitely seen the improvement in my teeth s in nice trying this product

I got their tooth polish and their tooth brush. I'm pretty happy with it, my teeth arent pearly pearly white but I have a lot of coffee and a lot of teeth staining foods throughout the week. I use it every few days, it doesn't have a strong taste but it's not bad. I do wish it was a little more eco friendly but I bought this hoping to have whiter teeth and that's where they've come through. The tooth brush has soft bristles so I can scrub a little harder or a little longer without getting sore gums so I'm really happy about that. Overall for a $35 product that has lasted me for 6 months (and I'm only halfway down), its a purchase I don't regret and am happy with.

Can't live without it!!
Great tasting natural toothpaste, that actually does what it says. Using it for the past few months I would recommend this product to anyone looking to whiten their teeth.

This product was amazing. It helped me become more confident with my smile and my teeth were whiter within a week. I would strongly recommend it to others.
