I was a bit unsure of Carbar given the large amount of negative reviews. My experience was great. Anthony was fantastic in communicating and the staff in the office (Bianca) were great also.
I urge people to refrain from giving negative reviews if you do not fully understand how the service works. Yes the upfront fees are costly in comparison to traditional car rental, however the service carbar are offering is different and i feel its priced well.
Id like to see them offer an additional service similar to whats on offer in the UK where every 6 months you can have a brand new car.

Good idea saves all hassle of company car options - all looked after by Carbar.

Took so long to organise a car, even though they were taking payments and I still haven't received a car yet. It's been over 2 months

We’ve had our car subscription with Carbar for over 6 months and have been very happy with the customer service, and how simple the process was.
Dave at the Melbourne office was wonderful at helping us find the perfect car to suit our family. Highly recommend Carbar to everyone I know!

This is my second year using carbar and the customer service has become non existent. You message them using their website and it never gets answered at all.
It is a good concept which is the reason I am still using it but customer service needs to up its game. I would also suggest that loyalty should be rewarded..

I haven’t been charged even though receiving letter outlining I would. Also no answer to email

Took them weeks to respond after I had made the payment. Their website dates are false as they told me they can't fulfil to the timescales. (I was after a car in 3 weeks time) ended up asking for a refund.

Your selection of cars is great however I didn’t get the car I requested. Customer service were very helpful along the way.

It was the easiest and stress free experience. Really loved the friendly customer service, they were always helpful, prompt and if unable to assist they would follow up with a call. The whole experience was convenient and given me peace of mind knowing cars looked after and I’m looked after. Thank you! Will be back again

Initially I had trouble contacting your office leaving messages and then not being replied too.

The system is excellent but the mileage has to be addressed fairly.

I am very happy with the Vehicle and service given to me.

Service was great until our subscription was approved then I heard nothing back, I had to check in and follow up with them. We were not kept in the loop at all along the way, I would have expected some updates and information on where my order was in the process, not very professional, felt like they had my money and now I was chasing them. When we eventually got the order the car was a different one than the one I ordered. I was not informed of the change and was not allowed to be part of that decision making process. I have since emailed them asking them follow up questions - I have has no response back from them. Their online system also does not work along with their phone app - I will be cancelling my subscription as soon as the 3 month period is up. I would recommend a different service if you are looking at a car subscription.

1 point for the concept, which is great, and 1 point for the car, which I love to drive, but that is all.

The customer service experience was very poor, and almost my worst to date for a service with this kind of value. The value of my individual custom could be more than $12,000 per annum, yet your team were condescending and unable to answer basic questions, including an ETA for the vehicle delivery despite it being already in stock, or the registration plate details so I could set up a toll account. At pick up, the lack of a mutually agreed condition report is also highly concerning.

Purchased a 1 year old car as we are in the country, Arrive to pick it up to find about 30 stonechips in the bonnet which were not mentioned plus 3 very obvious dents in the panels which the dealer claimed he never saw. Lying and Misleading People!!!

Billing method is not consistent. Car is fine.
