I ordered a jacket costing £58 and received it on the 23rd of August which I promptly returned on the 24th as I was not happy with the quality of it. Oh and incidentally I had to pay half of the cost of the jacket in shipping fees in order to obtain a tracking number!! Which I updated the Company with. I am still awaiting my refund!!!And despite a few contacts with company by e-mail to be told they as yet have not received the returned jacket but will watch out for it. They are quick to respnd to e-mails with no intentions of refunding.I am now looking into ways of reporting this Company to the appropriate Authorities and Trading Standards within their Country China. So my advice to anyone considering buying anything from their website is DON'T Stay Clear,don't part with your money as the quality of clothing is very poor they clearly fob people of with excuses in order to SCAM them when items are returned and you are expecting to receive a refund.

Absolutely not what was advertised. Dress is cheap rubbish and doesn’t look like the picture. Absolutely avoid!

Cheap Chinese quality. Dont give the refund and ask to post back to China, which was never mentioned on their website. Scam!

Absolutely terrible tracksuit arrived today. The material and stitching are beyond belief. They do not answer their phone. Email received stating I have to return to China and incur not only return fees but also custom charges. Their website has a UK warehouse but returns have to go to China. Please do NOT use this Company. I have reported to my Bank so hoping for a refund through that avenue.

Absolutely shocking company. Stay away. I order shoes on the 1 August , they finally arrived on the 18 August and I did not want to keep them. They do not answer emails or their phone and to date I have not been able to return them.
Buyer beware.

Absolutely awful company. Items nothing like advertised. My 9 year old could have made a better dress! Company is a complete and utter scam. DO NOT USE!
