I always feel excited and comfortable when buying a capy plushy from here, and I have 13! They always arrive in good timing, with only having tracking issues once that was resolved in an email quickly. Not too mention I made a small comment on their website about a lone plushy not having an emoji next to it, and low and behold it was added in the website update! Reliable business, and good quality plushies too :))

I currently have 15 of their capybara plushies, love them! super soft, super cute and great for cuddles

I've ordered from this company atleast 5 times (No, I'm not kidding...) and I have always been super happy with the products!! I also made a good experience with their customer support: One time two of the items I ordered were missing from the package, so I reached out to them via e-mail and they immediately sent me the missing items and a little voucher as an apology. I can 100% recommend Capyera and will probably place another order myself soon :)

I've ordered there a few times by now and everytime my experience has been great. I've once messaged them about an order that just didn't seem to arrive & almost immediately I got an answer! In just a couple of minutes the problem was solved. The most customer friendly and pleasant customer service I've been in contact with so far!!

The plushies are great quality, they never changed or faded through years, the team is also so kind and professional: they reply quickly and resolve any kind of issues without asking questions. The capys are so lovely, soft and cuddly that I am collecting every single one of them gradually, currently only one away from having all of the regular sized ones! I am obsessed!

Super fluffy and quality capybara's never seen some like these. I already have 6 (bogo) and now 5 on the way because of their amazing deals.
Also do the make different capybara's for the holidays for example. If the make more cute ones I'm gonna get broke haha. My friend is a capybara fan sp caught it for him first but bow I'm a fam too so good are they.

I have ordered every capy they have made so far. They are always great quality, soft, and adorable! They are well made and the colors are vibrant. I also have a tshirt and sweatshirt from them both which are made with great quality material, perfectly sized and the sweatshirt is SUPER soft. Every time I've had an issue (although rare) they respond to my request for help and immediately are there to assist. I would recommend them strongly to anyone who loves capybaras!!

Very Good! Cannot comment on customer service as I have never had any issues. Every capy has come relatively quickly and without any issues or errors. If i had to nitpick, I wish the packaging offered a bit more protection, as noted by other reviews. The very first one I ordered, the strawberry wasn't sewn on well and I had to re-attach it (but it was only once and it was close to when they first opened shop. It seems whatever caused it has since been fixed)

I've ordered these capys multiple times within the last year. I've gotten them for myself, for friends, and family. Everyone has loved them. They are SO soft and super cute. Love the different colors the company offers. I found a capy for everyone I was looking for!

The capys come shrink wrapped, but after about an hour of sitting out and some primping on my end, they get to their usual size. I haven't had an issue with them not fluffing up or staying flat.
