Coming into my third year of using CAPU…
Coming into my third year of using CAPU and I just bought a new one to add to my collection. My old one is still brand new (I love taking care of my grinder as a ritual, very therapeutic). I am very happy with the quality and everybody who sees it confirms that.

I love my CAPU grinder
I bought my CAPU grinder like 3 years ago. The quality is amazing and it still stands strong and grinds like it did on the first day. I already bought a second one yesterday as a Christmas present for my brother. He currently uses mine all the time and loves it. As do I!

Lifetime warranty is 10% discount
Lifetime warranty is 10% discount. Don't trust it. Magnets are dropping off snd customer service informs to me that I need to glue magnets myself and get 10% discount.

We were pleased that you personally informed us you had been using your grinder daily for two years and were happy with its performance.
Here is a clarification regarding the specific issue and our warranty policy:
• The Issue: The problem you reported was that a single magnet came loose after two years of intensive daily use.
• The Warranty: Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects that impair the primary function of the product. Normal wear and tear, or a minor, easily fixable issue like a loose magnet after two years of daily operation, is not covered by this policy.
• Our Offer: Since a loose magnet is an easy, fast fix, and we wanted to help you quickly restore your two-year-old product, we offered two fair solutions (which you did not mention):
1. Glue the magnet yourself (a simple repair) and receive a 10% discount on your next order as a goodwill gesture.
2. Alternatively, send your grinder back to us free of charge, and we would glue the magnet back for you, ensuring a professional repair.
• Your Request: You insisted on receiving a completely new grinder as the only acceptable resolution. Requesting a full, free replacement for a minor, easily repairable issue on a product you had used happily for two years is, regrettably, unreasonable and not covered by our warranty policy.
We stand by our offer to repair the grinder for you free of charge. We would still be happy to honour that if you wish to send your grinder in. Please contact us if you would like to proceed with that option.
