Deposited with Captain Jack Casino and ended up hitting for 2,100 within 3-4 hours. Initiated a cash out same evening which happened to be on Christmas. It’s been the supposed 7 day waiting period everything has been verified and approved except the cash out and keep getting the runaround from customer service. Doubtful I’ll ever get paid out but still not giving up yet. I’ll keep this post updated.

Don't trust any emails you recieve or anything they state on their site. It's all lies. This past month I received an email stating that I have 50 free spins as a gift for my birthday, which was the same week i recd this email. A week later I tried to enter the promo code and use this so-called gift, however the promo was denied and the reason was that the birthday didnt match. It doesn't even make sense. They have my bday in my profile and they sent me the email with the gifted spins for my birthday. How can they not match. I double checked my profile just to be positive the date on it was correct and that there weren't any typos and everything was correct. I played a free promotion and didn't win. Then today I play another promotion that they emailed me. I won like 24$ and had to play through 350$ after I played through that and had a 50.18 balance I went to cashier to cash out and it wanted me to verify my wallet after I had already done that.
