Whenever there is a negative comment regarding our products or services the executive management team immediately begins an internal fact finding probe regarding the circumstances to discover ways to remedy the situation and learn from the experience in order to improve and better serve our physician customer base.
What we discovered in this situation is that you came to Capson through an agent broker and they are not responding to your requests. We have no records of direct contact between your practice and Capson. The underwriter assigned to you is Chasity Norman and her email address is cnorman@capson.com.
