Gegen dieses Casino läuft aktuell ein öffentliches Beschwerdeverfahren wegen der Verzögerung von Auszahlungen und Verstoßes gegen die Geschäftsbedingungen. Bereits seit Wochen verzögert das Casino ohne ersichtlichen Grund die Auszahlung und reagiert nicht auf Emails. Somit zeigt das Casino keinerlei Interesse an einer Lösung dieses Falls und verweigert die Kooperation.
Das laufende Beschwerdeverfahren kann öffentlich bei Casino Guru verfolgt werden und bestätigt zugleich die Echtheit meiner Erfahrung.
Update vom 22.10.2025
Auch wenn das Casino in seiner Reaktion auf diese Bewertung vorgibt an einer Lösung der Angelegenheit interessiert zu sein, zeigt es sich im bisherigen Verlauf des Beschwerdeverfahrens wenig kooperativ und lösungsorientiert. Das Casino verstrickt sich in widersprüchliche Aussagen. Das Beschwerdeverfahren läuft mittlerweile seit über einem Monat und bisher schafft es das Casino leider nicht für Klarheit in dieser Angelegenheit zu sorgen.
