It's not the size I ordered, and they didn't refund me.

The product is very good. But it is a bit larger than I expected, which is my own damn fault. A

i placed an order in early july and my order was partially shipped, still waiting for the rest of my items to arrive.

Your response to my question is that the discounted price is team pricing. I am the head men's basketball coach at Howard Payne University. How does that disqualify me from team pricing? This will be the last time I do business with this company.
I ordered a vertical ball rack for $487. The second I hit submit payment, I got an email from your company saying they were on sale for $299. I sent an email with screenshots of the item on sale and I never got a response to why I did not get that discount. The only reply was that the issue is closed. Also, I was supposed to receive the item on Monday September 29 and I still not have received the item. I reached out about this issue and the response was to check back in 2-3 business days and the issue is closed. I am definitely not satisfied

Your fulfillment and shipping department is very poor. You take very long to ship merchandise. If our team did not require us to use you, we definitely would choose another company!

Got a shipping notification but when tracked it 5 days later the package was still waiting to be picked up. No phone number to call only email which takes days to get a response.

There is no option to expedite an order, no option to call people and you get a stock response anytime there is an inquiry. I needed something in a hurry and i'm at the mercy of capelli and their outdated process.

Love my uniform

Absolutely horrible delivery times! They states 5 weeks delivery but 5 weeks pass and the order hasn’t shipped. And some items are delayed beyond 8 weeks!

If you have a choice do not use this company!

Items shipped promptly. Updates were available in Shopt for timing and tracking.

Order placed 7/17/25. Indicated 5 week delivery (8/21). I contacted CS on 8/29 and eventually received a note indicating 9/8 shipment. On 9/15, I received a very excited response that part of my order had shipped....6 of my 13 items. Where is the rest? I contacted CS again and get generic responses and messages that my ticket has been closed......Don't close my ticket you haven't answered my question! Today is 9/30 and still no idea when i will receive the rest of my order that i paid for in JULY. No refund for shipping, no refund on my order. Just simple "we are checking" nonsense.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Our experience with Capelli Sports has been nothing short of frustrating.

It took over 6 weeks just to receive a uniform. How is it possible in 2025 that a company can’t manage faster turnaround times? On top of that, their customer service is horrendous. Every time I reached out, I received the same generic, copy-and-paste responses with no real help or accountability.

To make matters worse, the cost of the uniforms is outrageous. We weren’t given a choice—we were forced to buy through them because it’s the provider my son’s academy team uses. For the price they charge and the lack of service they provide, this company is a complete disappointment.

I truly hope teams reconsider working with Capelli Sports in the future.

You guys suck with communication you answer a question with a quandary that everything is resolved when you don’t fix anything

I still haven’t received my order - despite it being placed more than three weeks ago.

I purchased 3 of the Men’s Madison 1/4 zip tops for our board members during the 25% off Labor Day sale. The sizing is on the small side so too snug. I need to make an exchange for a bigger size but I am being told that Capelli does not do exchanges. Instead I am expected to place a new order and pay full price and shipping. I have never encountered such a poor policy regarding online clothing. There was a potential to also order these tops for the 100 other referees in our assoc. but I will not do business with a company with poor customer service.

This delay is unacceptable, especially considering that standard shipping times typically do not exceed this duration.

If I could give 0 stars about the customer service for this company I would. The customer service is like talking to a Robot and no one will help me. I just want someone to verify if the order has actually been shipped. They mark shipped but it has not been received by UPS and there is no way to verify this. Every response is like talking to a robot. Doesnt matter if it is a Vanessa, Joy or Mike. The same person does not handle the same issue. They just close it and move on to the next. I need this handled and no one is actually taking care of it. There is no phone number to call just emailing customer service robots.
