My Ordering Experience

The rep that assisted me was incredibly helpful. I needed a gown for a rather large student and initially I went to the page that has the sizes. At the bottom of it, there is a number to call if the size you need is not listed. That number is incorrect. It's a number to order a Medical Alert bracelet. I suggest you correct that number. So I called your number and Diane responded and with several emails, my concern was taken care of.

The ordering process was easy and…

The ordering process was easy and tracking was updated the entire time. However, my gown is short. I used the length the website recommended for my height. It comes just past my knees so it doesn't look the best. I gave three starts because I would have like to receive a gown that is more appropriate.

Did not send package and does not update website one package is ordered. I ordered my package almost month a ago still have not gotten it.

You placed your order on 10/10. Not over a month ago. It shipped on 10/11. When you reported that you did not receive it, we re-shipped it for you and it should be delivering today 10/21.
