Kyle was easy to speak to, and helped me debunk some feedback I have been receiving on my profile, in my efforts to switch to an international career.

Thanks to the programme, I have a better understanding of the international community and feel more prepared to be part of it. I have learned to structure my own processes, to reframe my experiences into a competitive advantage and to understand my place in the international community (the most challenging and important part for me!). Kyle is an INCREDIBLE coach. I graduated with my Master in 2018, but I must say that three months ago I was still a lost soul while I was looking for jobs in international affairs.
