I wouldn’t recommend these to anyone - poor quality, even worse customer service. I ordered two cushions, one arrived faulty, one never shipped and they have the cheek to refund 10%?!!! I’m beyond frustrated with this company. Awful service.

I’m yet to hear back from this company after ordering £200 worth of prints.. they have taken my money and it’s disappeared into the ether… nobody replies to emails, there is no phone number either… if you are to use this company make sure you use a credit card so you get your money back.. shocking

I am very pleased with the quality of the mug and the service.

For a start the dimension of a framed print canvas was very difficult to find anywhere. I needed 50cm x 70cm. So it was such a joy when I found one on their ideal site.
The painting by Kudasai - Two cranes on a pine covered with snow - was a bonus.
The delivery came sooner than I had anticipated.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Stay away from this POS company. Customer service is like 6 high school hop scotch girls tagged on an email. I ordered 19 Polar Express mugs for my daughters 1st grade class for this Friday. I did express 2-3 fake delivery. Guess what? 10 days later they aren't here and my daughter is so upset and SO AM I! There's only a pretend phone number to some made up country I have only heard on a Hallmark Christmas movie. I'm out $170 (for now). Never order from this company unless you never want to see your items or money again. You are all pieces of $hit over there!

Well this is a first, I’m being asked to review an item that I haven’t received yet.
I placed an order for a mug paying £4.50 for first class delivery on 6th December and today 21st December it’s still not here.
I am fully aware of the postal strikes but I also ordered from other companies on the same day and have received those items over a week ago.
All in all I’m not impressed with the laid back approach.
Surely as a company if you know that there is a strike coming up you send the item immediately and not wait 9 days until doing so.
I have given a few stars only because I did get a response when I emailed them on 15th December.
The response on 15th December stated it would be despatched within 24 hours.
Sorry Canvas Art Rocks but this is not very good customer service.
If I had been made aware that the item would not be sent straight away I wouldn’t have ordered it in the first place.

I am still waiting for delivery of the canvas for my daughter’s Christmas present despite paying for express delivery. I have emailed today but have not heard back yet.

Absolutely awful. Avoid this company at all costs. The art work is distorted and nothing like it should. The people look twice as wide as the horizontal plains has been stretched. I bought two pictures and both were the same rendering them unusable. Customer services said simply told me that the pictures had passed their quality control checks and that I have to pay to have them returned before they will refund. Awful products and awful service. Avoid.

I ordered a sequin photo cushion for a Christmas present, having seen them and thinking they looked nice on social media. The print quality is awful, with many of the sequins carrying little to no print. As such, it is almost impossible to work out what it is that is printed on the product. I was asked to review the item by them. Did so, including a photo, thinking they would get in touch to at least offer some kind of resolution. Heard nothing. 100% would not order a sequin cushion from them again and would be very reluctant to order anything else from them either.

Love the product. Quality is good

I choose two Monet paintings that I love for my home. Really pleased when arrived. Very good quality canvas and look lovely. Great price too. Highly recommended

Awful quality Images! could have printed better at home off internet, I want to return but afraid I wont get money back as company changes its name when had complaints in the past. Do yourself a favour, DONT BUY
