I purchased from this firm a couple of years ago and had no problems at all. I therefore didn't check Trustpilot before my recent purchase as I did not consider it necessary. Should have. After 2 emails and well over 2 weeks, the print arrived. No apologies, no response, no communications whatsoever. This is a great shame; good quality prints, great website, and ease of purchase. The after sales and customer service is simply non-existent- what a change for the worse in 2 years.

Refunded money for day shipping because it's been 20 days.

Really pleased with the product. Depth of colour is excellent, frame as described. In a perfect world, the glazing would be a little less reflective. But overall I think this product is good value for the money.

Very poor communication with customer services. I have attempted to contact the company several times and still waiting for my issue to be resolved.

I ordered a print with a frame, didn’t come with one. The print is ok but definitely not worth the price tag. The hangers that came with it were shoddy to say the least, altered it and put my own on.

I received damaged print on 9/29. Sent email that evening and two more no response. I need to return but cannot get anyone to respond. I will not order from this company again once this return is complete.

Faulty item customer service don't answer, tried to cancel order within timeframe, customer service don't answer, now i have to pay for returning their faulty awful item, crap - don't buy from here

The space themed canvas’ we’re not as expected the colours were not strong the plants just dumped onto the canvas. I did return and got a full refund in a timely manner and customer services were helpful all done by email

Item not sent, paid for it, they ignore all messages - bank and trading standards contacted, do not give this company your money

Canvas is good quality. Hinges not good , put on crooked . Really bad considering the price !

When i Recieved my order the print had come away from the framework so I sent an email to the company with a couple of photos. Recieved letters of apology and a week later recieved a new picture which was in tip top condition.

Fantastic service provided, beautiful prints supplied with prompt, safe delivery, very well packaged. Easy website to navigate too. Happy to use again. Delighted with my order. Thanks
