The clothes are exactly as pictured and super cute. Waiting 3 weeks was tough though.

The fabric feels nice and durable. A bit expensive but worth it for the design.

Your products are of extremely good quality, and your service is outstanding. I'm going to buy more things.

The beaded tie front top fit perfectly on my body, they are exact measured as in the size guide and i love the fabric, it's so smoothy.

This is a fraudulent company it isn’t Canadian. All products come from China returns must go back to China. The quality is poor. The sizing is unreliable. Overall I would stay away from this company!!!!

I ordered off their website on 11/26. It is now 12/23, almost a full month later, and I have not received my package. I asked their customer support to look into this, and they told me to pick up my package. I am assuming it has been lost, but the customer support has done nothing to assist with reimbursement or anything. Untrustworthy site and horrible customer support, which is unfortunate because their clothes are pretty.

I returned my order (#3175) on 26/08 and provided tracking to prove it was received. I was told I would get my refund of $117 within 5 business days, but it has been weeks and I still haven’t received anything. I’ve followed up multiple times and received no communication back.

This company has been completely unprofessional and unreliable. Holding onto customers’ money after receiving returned items is unacceptable. I’ve already left one negative review and am leaving this one because nothing has been resolved. Avoid this company unless you want to risk losing your money.

I had to cancel the order as delivery was too long for the birthday present. Good communication and full refund immediately.
I would purchase from this company again.

Avoid buying here if you can . No refund for retuned clothes and furthermore shipping took almost a month for shien like quality .

DO NOT buy here! The items are probably mostly from aliexpress/Shein, did a picture search on Shein with a bag which they sell for 150 euros and found EXACTLY the same bag even with the same pics on SHEIN for 20 euros.. ????

Almost all of their clothes are from Shein or AliExpress

I had read some negative reviews online & it raised concerns. However, I emailed Canton addressing all my concerns & had requested a refund in a panic as I thought it was a scam.
Canton replied to my urgent email within 24 hours (I’m in Australia & they are in America so there is quite a time difference). They had reassured me that they would look into my concerns immediately & provide an update within 24 hours. Even though I had initially requested a refund, they asked for a second chance to get on top of my order & I agreed. I received a confirmation email that my order had been shipped within the 24 hours they said they’d provide an update in.

Overall, although the shipment took a little over a week, despite the negativity with other people’s experiences, it’s not a scam.
I think they may be a new business trying to figure out the ins & outs of running apparel & are learning as they go with how to efficiently work through their orders.

I definitely believe they need to work on logistics & shipping time frames but they are trying their best. Hopefully things improve in the future :)

Return seems like impossible here.
I wrote many emails(3 times) , + insta DM for return request. They didn’t send me any reply (one week past already) , and now they are posting insta stories for product photos.
Such a rude action. Customer service is 0. There are many websites which sell same products more in cheaper price, so don’t buy it here. Very disappointed.

The returns process is incredibly slow and misleading. Before placing my order, I was told there was a UK return warehouse I could send my items to. However, when I went to request a return (which took over a week and a lot of chasing to get a response) they told me I had to send the items to the US. Very unhappy with the whole process.
